From the owner

Apartment is in the center of Split (in family house, ground floor, separate entrance), less than 5 minutes walking from bus and railway stations, ferry port and buses for airport. There are internet cafe, few fast foods, restaurants and supermarket just a few minutes from apartment. It is situated in family house, so atmosphere is warm and friendly. It is perfect for kids because small children park is just by the house.

You need to walk 5 minutes from apartment to Diocletian palace and many more palaces inside it. Also, you have less than 5 minutes to the most popular sand beach Bacvice with showers and many night clubs. When you stay at my apartment it is easy to walk around center and enjoy in historical palaces, museums and good food and when you get tired just walk to the beach and refresh yourself. It is easy to spend evening in palace and coast in front of it with traditional live music and just move to some night club on the beach later in night. Also, in front of apartment is café bar in traditional style where you can have some fruit salad, toast and tea or coffee for breakfast.

Apartment consists one room with huge bed for 2 (it can be separated into 2 single beds) and couch for 1, kitchen (all dishes inside if you want to cook for yourself) and bathroom (except standard soap, you will be able to use domestic soap of olive oil that I produce). Towels, blankets and sheets you will find in apartment and if you stay one week or more I will leave an extra one. There is also a wash machine if you will need it. In the fridge you will find juice, milk, butter, jam and some fresh fruits and on the table is bread, sugar, instant coffee, tea and toaster for hot sandwiches. In apartment are air conditioner and wi-fi (no extra charge for it).

It is possible to park car on the street (everybody are doing it, it is really safe), nearby is parking which you have to pay extra. It is possible to bring your bike inside house (in front of apartment or inside it) and there it will be perfectly safe.

There is no checking in and checking out time, it depends about guests after you, we can deal it a day before you leave, I never make any problem about it, it is flexible...

If you want to experience countryside, nature park and small towns around Split, I provide tours by my car (half day and one day) for good price. The brochure about it is in apartment together with city map and brochures with address of museums, rent-a-car and other things that can be interested for you. Also, you will find brochures of agency tours so you can compare prices and choose the best for you.

For anything you need during your stay in Split, you can always contact me. My mom lives next door to apartment and you are free to use her phone to call me any time of day.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sretna & Ivan (the owner) a message.

If Sretna & Ivan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
