DIRECT SEAVIEW- APARTMENT WITH FANTASTIC VIEW AND SWIMMING POOL IN CASTELSARDO

This modern and comfortable apartment lies in the North of the Italian island Sardinia, in the picturesque village CASTELSARDO, RESIDENZE MONTE MARINA.

NOTE! The apartment has been totally renewed end of September 2018.

It is very well situated on a hillside just off the coast, there is an absolute DREAM VIEW from the huge terrace directly onto the sea, the sandy beach and the picturesque town Castelsardo, which are all just some paths away.

All amenities, including a supermarket, restaurants, post office, butcher, bakery, bus stop, etc. are easily accessible on foot.

You have 1 bedroom with king size bed and balcony and a living room with double sofa bed, a Bathroom with shower and Bidet, television, washing machine.

In summer, free use of the beautiful SWIMMING POOL with sea view, depending on weather conditions. Please note! Use of the pool is only permitted with a swimming cap. The access and opening of the pool season is decided by the management of the entire facility and is not our responsibility.

The apartment is great for 2 to max. 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids or 3 adults).

Diese modern und komfortabel eingerichtete Ferienwohnung VON PRIVAT liegt im Norden der Insel, beim malerischen Ort CASTELSARDO, in der schönen Anlage Residence Monte Marina.

Die Wohnung liegt an einem Hang direkt an der Küste, man hat einen absoluten TRAUMBLICK von der großen Terrasse der Wohnung direkt aufs Meer, welches 'vor der Haustür' liegt, den kleinen Sandstrand und den malerischen, historischen Ort Castelsardo! Der Sandstrand von Castelsardo ist in ca. 3 Min. und der malerische, historische Ort Castelsardo in ca. 5 Min. fußläufig erreichbar!

Alle Annehmlichkeiten, wie Supermarkt, Restaurants, Post, Metzger, Bäckerei, Bushaltestelle etc. sind bequem auch zu Fuß erreichbar.

Details: 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Balkon, gemütlicher Wohn- Ess- Bereich mit Schlafsofa, Küchenzeile und anschließender großer Terrasse, Bad mit Dusche und Bidet, Klimaanlage, TV, Waschmaschine.

Die Wohnung wurde im September 2018 renoviert, mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert und ist modern ausgestattet.

Die Wohnung besticht durch ihre einzigartige Lage, die von ihrer großen Terrasse einen weiten Blick über das Meer und auf den Ort Castelsarso mit seinem kleinen Stadtstrand bietet. Man kann bei klarer Sicht sogar die Insel Korsika sehen.

Der Swimming Pool gehört zur gesamten Anlage Residence Monte Marine und kann von unseren Gästen in den Sommermonaten (abhängig von der Wetterlage) kostenlos genutzt werden.

ACHTUNG! Die Benutzung des Pools ist nur mit Badekappe erlaubt. Der Zugang und die Eröffnung der Pool Saison wird durch die Verwaltung der gesamten Anlage entschieden und liegt nicht in unserem Verantwortungsbereich.

Bitte beachten! Da die Wohnung an einem Hang liegt, sollte man einige Treppen steigen können.

Die Wohnung ist bestens geeignet für 2 bis max. 4 Personen (3 Erwachsene oder 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder).
