Hi It's Helen, my partner George and I are so pleased you enjoyed your time at our home in Italy, and like us grasped the guilt free puddings the 'devils staircase' allowed you. So sorry about your unexpected visitors - the dogs. It turns out they came from three gardens away and managed to squeeze through a gap in our neighbours fence, a section of which has now been replaced and is completely secured. Hope to see you back again some time soon on the lake. Helen

Andrew and Julie,

Many thanks for the feedback and comments. We have organised new sunbeds now. We rely somewhat on customer feedback as the home is full most weeks at the start of the season.Items are tested and replaced if necessary however with a changeover of guests each weekend it is not always possible to spot any damage quickly. If guests request at the time we will always do our utmost to respond quickly so i would urge you in future to contact us during and not after your stay where we can address any issues asap.
We also have plenty of crockery available in the home. If guests request additional items we are always prepared to listen and organise where relevant. The steps are advertised, of course it takes us around 3 minutes to walk these stairs and we think it is worthwhile for the stunning view! That said we do state clearly on every advert that the home is not suitable elderly, infirm, very young or guests below an average fitness (although there is a longer 10 minute walk mainly on the flat to the home if you do not want to take the steps)

Thanks once more for the reveiw and feedback and thankyou for choosing the home.

Kind regards
Julie
