Grande trilocale della villa, (circa67MQ); dispone di 6/7 posti letto; l'appartamento e' composto da due camere matrimoniali, tre letti singoli e bagno con box doccia con soffione; la casa e' perfetta per una grande famiglia o anche due famiglie assieme con ragazzi.

In dotazione angolo di cottura attrezzato con frigo e frizer, caminetto interno, bicchieri, posate, piatti, tavoli, sedie ecc, ecc...

2 TV SAT LCD A LED e connessione a internet WI/FI gratuita.

In condivisione della villa; lavanderia, barbacue, doccia esterna, giochi per bambini e piazzale panoramico con grazioso giardino; all'esterno si trova anche un porticato esterno coperto con tavoli, sedie e sdraio con lettini.

I soggiorni sono settimanali da sabato a sabato, salvo in bassa stagione; i prezzi finali sono comprensivi di luce acqua gas e pulizie finali.

La casa e' disponibile dalle ore 14,30 del giorno di arrivo e deve esser lasciata libera alle ore 9,00 del giorno di partenza; gli animali di piccola taglia sono ammessi poiché non costituiscono nessun problema per i clienti della villa.

La casa e' consigliata per chi vuole passare alcuni giorni a contatto con la natura in un'ambiente accogliente e riservato tra alberi fiori e piante di varia natura in mezzo al verde per chi vuole passare una vacanza nel relax tra pochi intimi...

La nostra struttura si trova solamente a 650 metri dal centro abitato a solo 300 metri da un primo ristorante e pizzeria e le prime spiaggie sono raggiungibili con solo tre minuti di auto....

E' possibile anche lasciare l'auto nel parcheggio riservato della villa e usufruire del servizio navetta bus gratuito a solo 150 metri dalla proprieta' che effettua corse continue in tutte le spiaggie di Capoliveri.

Gli animali di piccola taglia sono ammessi con una commissione aggiuntiva di 30 euro settimanale.

La biancheria possiamo noleggiarla un con piccolo versamento aggiuntivo da pagare sul posto.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
