Villa Paloma is a spacious, thatched-roof villa nestled in the peaceful surrounding of Pererenan Village, less than 300 meters from Pererenan Beach, on Bali's south-western coast. It is perfectly suited for families and small groups of discerning people who want to experience the best Bali can offer.

Villa Paloma is available for rental either as a 3 bedroom (6 guests) or a 5 bedroom villa (10 guests). Please contact us for 3 bedroom villa rates and availability.

Set amidst large, landscaped Gardens and bordered by tall tropical trees beside a peaceful stream, Paloma Villa is a brilliant revelation of tropical luxury. Villa Paloma is only a 50 minute drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport, 25 minutes from Seminyak's famous shopping and entertainment area and 15 minutes from Bali Nirwana, one of the finest Golf courses in Southeast Asia.

The famous surfing breaks of Pererenan and Canggu beaches are walking distance from the Villa, as are the seaside Cafes and Eateries of Echo Beach.

The exotic charm of this tranquil haven is further enhanced by the gracefully landscaped grounds boasting a large swimming pool and lotus ponds. A compulsive attention to the details is obvious throughout the grounds and interiors. The furnishings and decorations are the culmination of years of collecting traditional cultures by the owner. Indonesian antiques, traditional stone carvings, flamboyant woodcarvings, are just some of the ornamental elements on display throughout the buildings. Completed in early 2007, the architecture of this villa succeeds in creating an ambience of lavish grandeur, while representing a sensitive appreciation of local culture.

Sited atop of 2,800m2 lush tropical garden by the riverside and rice fields, Villa Paloma is composed of two separate buildings within a high perimeter wall to ensure total privacy and tranquility. The Main House consists of: three air-conditioned bedrooms complete with en-suite bathroom; a large dining area overlooking the swimming pool and garden; a comfortable and spacious living area; air-conditioned TV room; a fully equipped kitchen with small comfortable dining area and pantry room on the other side. A modern wine cellar between the kitchen and main dining area adds to the luxurious feeling of the villa. Upstairs from the Living Area is a large, airy room with a Pool Table.

On the other side of a lush garden, lies the second building - the Guest Wing - which consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, a living area, kitchen and a plunge pool set in a shady garden. The two buildings are connected to the garden which features a thatched roof bale and outdoor dining area beside the swimming pool. The enclosed car park can accommodate several vehicles.

All modern equipment such as large TV screen, stereo sound system, DVD players as well as wireless high speed internet connection is provided to ensure the necessary high level of comfort.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
