Apartment Painter is a comfortable one big double bedroom and a single connected bedroom ( connected rooms , a door can be closed between them ) well-furnished providing accommodation for up to 3 people. Being on the third floor of an attractive and historic building with 2 lifts, the apartment has stunning views across the River Danube . The apartment building was one of Palatinus' palaces in the historic Jewish quarter , where old-time cafes and local restaurants bustle with local diners.

The apartment is quiet and central, with original features including enormous double doors, high ceilings, a traditional ceramic stove for heating and a big, sunny window giving a panoramic river view. Close to public transport links, cafes and restaurants, Painter is a great place to stay and enjoy the real Budapest .

I like to offer a great option to see and learn Budapest daily life and see the sights .I lived all my life in Budapest and know every small secret corners.

I would like to write just shortly about my city or village tours which can be by bike or walk / public transport combination as you choose .

The city tour can be half day or full day . I never learned to guide but love my city and I was always curious about history and people and I always ask about people life so if you like to see this city through a local person eye , that is me .

Every tour I do I share my life and a small part of my soul so I happy to wait the right travellers .

Keywords what you can see and hear on a city tour : sights like Parliament , walk on Chain bridge , walk around Royal Palace , Mathias church , Fishermen bastion , than Saint Stephen Basilica , Opera , Synagogue , Great Market hall , Heroes square .

What else : have a drink at Simpla garden ruin pub and if there is live music listen a little bit

than discuss which thermal bath the best and what you should do there to follow the local tradition , book a table in our favorite restaurant where is live music every evening and not touristy .

And my stories (local people life , communism and so on )what I learned from people and my family ...

The village tour to Szentendre the art village can be by bike or boat or train or these combination . This is a romantic village in Hungary with art , cafes , 300 yo houses .

The bike tour is 19 km on bikeroad next Danube river .

Also I can show 3 beautiful places in 1 day Esztergom first capital of Hungary than Visegrad at Danube bend and Szentendre . The full day is 120 Euros ( 6- 8 hours ) for 1-4 person . (30 euros/ person in case of 4 person )

We can arrange taxi pick up to their welcome , in this case our private taxi driver can wait them with their name and bring directly to the apartment . The pick up is 35 euros .
