Es un apartamento muy cómodo para 4 personas, decorado con muy buen gusto y moderno, con un buen balcón donde sentarse a disfrutar del mar, muy completo y con una zona comunitaria muy completa y bonita con piscina, parque infantil con columpios.

Consta de 1 habitación principal con cama de matrimonio, armarios y salida al balcón con vistas al mar.

El comedor es espacioso y con un cómodo sofá cama para 2 personas más. El comedor esta muy bien decorado, completo y con gusto, con TV-LCD de 32" vistas al mar y en especial a la zona del puerto y la "Palomera". Además juega con unos colores muy de verano y relajantes que lo hacen muy bonito.

Tiene salida a un balcón con una mesa y sillas, y con vistas al mar donde es fantástico desayunar o tomarse una cerveza mirando al mar. Además desde el balcón también se ve toda la piscina y la zona comunitaria, por lo que en caso de venir con niños, se puede controlar en todo momento donde están.

Dispone de cocina americana, pero algo separada del comedor muy moderna y equipado (Nevera, vitrocerámica, lavadora, microondas cafetera, etc..).

El baño también es muy moderno y espacioso, con una buena ducha y decorado precioso con los colores azules de la playa.

El apartamento está en el mismo paseo marítimo, solo es cruzar la calle y tocar la playa.

Además está en una de las mejores zonas comunitarias con parque infantil con columpios, piscina grande acondicionada con hamacas y tumbonas y otra piscina pequeña para bebés, además de una zona ajardinada con fuentes.

Se encuentra además a muy pocos metros de un gran supermercado y multitud de tiendas y comercios alrededor, desde los típicos turisticos con souvenirs, a bancos y tiendas de ropa, hasta los más necesarios del día a día como panaderias, carnicerias, pescaderias, verduras, etc.. Todo a menos de 4-5 minutos andando.

También tiene por la zona bares y restaurantes de diferentes tipos para comer o cenar, desde los típicos de paella y pescados, pasando por pizzerias o hasta otros más propios y de comida casera, según los gustos.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Bravaholidays (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
