DIONYSOS VILLA is situated within the Adonis Village development at the award-winning Aphrodite Hills resort and is approx 140m above sea-level, overlooking both the signature hole, the 7th, & the visually stunning 8th with The Med as its backdrop. The sitting room, dining room & kitchen form a spacious open plan area leading out onto a terrace, perfect for both sunbathing & al fresco dining. The terrace overlooks a garden with feature trees & shrubs adding to the appeal of this luxurious property. Both bedrooms are almost identical size. One has a double bed whilst the other has twin beds. Hotel-quality Egyptian cotton bed-linen & towels are supplied as standard. A balcony is shared by both bedrooms with views of the resort & The Med. Furnished throughout with absolute adherence to both quality & detail. The double bedroom provides an additional LCD TV. Adonis Village provides two communal pools. One is for adults, the other is for small children. Both are unsupervised and unheated. The general recommended months for unheated pool use in Cyprus are May thru October. However, the resort offers resort residents (over 16 yrs old) all -year-round swimming at The Retreat Spa complex which contains an outdoor infinity pool which is heated during the cooler months. Dionysos is a short walk from the Adonis Village pools.

The property is end-terraced with private gardens, terrace and balcony. The accommodation is cleverly designed over two-floors. Both bedrooms of similar size benefit from having separate access to the balcony. Please see photo gallery. Highly recommended for the discerning traveller!

“Wonderful holiday in lovely house” We spent 2 weeks at the house in August. It was our second time to Aphrodite Hills, our first in Adonis Village in this house. We are a family of 4 with an 11 and an 8 year old. The house itself was great - very clean, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. A nice, private well-furnished outdoor terrace with an excellent gas barbecue and an upstairs balcony with a view to the sea. Efficient air-con - by far the quietest we have experienced. Large drinking water dispenser with water provided - great not to have to lug water home from the shops! Plenty of beach and pool toys, floats etc for the kids. Beach towels and a decent hairdryer ad straighteners also provided - a bonus when travelling with the budget airlines and space is tight. Lots of little touches like that made the difference and Warren and his family could not have been more helpful. Adonis Village itself is peaceful and there was no problem with space around the village pool. While we were there it was mainly frequented by other young families so good for the children to have others to play with. The only negative to the pool is that it is all the same depth and was above my head although I think that only bothered me - the children had no problem with it! Adonis Village is just a couple of minutes walk from the main village square so very handy if you need something from the shop or fancy an ice-cream! Aphrodite Hills is a great spot for families. There are a few good restaurants on-site if you don't want to drive but it's only a short drive (with spectacular scenery) to Pissouri with numerous others offering the local cuisine and good value for money. Best beach we found is Kourian (about 25 mins away but worth it). We availed of the golf, spa and kids club on the resort - all went down very well and are reasonably priced. All in all we had a great holiday and can't wait to go back.

“First class standards all round!” The apartment really was excellent. Spacious, clean, comfortable, well appointed, private and good value all round. All comforts and requirements of a home from home! Very easy to book and the owner was very prompt and obliging in his dealings The resort itself is very well maintained but a bit remote. A car is essential. The restaurants on the resort were decent but pricey---the Chinese in particular was pretty average qualtiy but very expensive. The resort is a bit 'dead' in the evenings Well stocked and sizeable supermarket on site, but with a captive market, the prices are inflated. Use the supermarket at Pissouri ( 15 min drive) -it's got everything you'll need at reasonable prices. A great 5 star apartment ---but you will need to get out and about to get the best from this resort

“Perfect Villa & Resort for a relaxing break for couple with infant” The Villa and the location at Aphrodite Hills was fantastic. The facilities on site make life easier for couple with young children, as there are restaurants, walks, childrens play area and the luxury Spa all on site. The Villa itself has all the emenities required, with the addition of chilled filtered water, TV and wi-fi, plenty of cooking equipment, plates and cutlery. The shared village pool is large and quiet, a great facility that means that it doesn't matter that the villas hasn't got its own. While on our holiday our young daughter was unfortunately unwell, but the owners recommended a private hospital for us to use - this took some of the strain out of the situation. We hope to retirn to Aphrodite Hills in the future.

“Just like being at home but with wonderful hot weather” My daughter and I stayed here recently and absolutely loved it. The villa had absolutely everything we needed including things like washing up liquid, salt & pepper and every appliance you could hope for, including free wifi. It's within very close walking distance of the village square and Intercontinental (breakfast there is Eu15 and worth every penny (cent!) plus the swimming pool. Will definitely be going back there.

“Lovely place to stay for all the family” We just wanted to say thank you so very much for allowing us to rent your beautiful property in Aphrodite Hills. We had a wonderful holiday, so very relaxing; this was made possible by the smooth transactions of renting and all the information you gave us. The villa is like a home from home, made so much more so by the use of the internet (two very happy teenagers!) and the various Sky channels on offer. For my part, the dishwasher and washing machine were invaluable! We had not anticipated the close proximity of the pool and infact found the photos do not do such a lovely area justice - it was always calm and peaceful. We found ourselves returning home relaxed and rested and recommending your property to our friends and family - thanks again, we hope to return sooner rather than later!
