A beautiful and spacious well appointed first floor two bedroom apartment with air conditioning. Situated in an exclusive and quiet residential development with a communal pool. You are also only a few minutes from excellent restaurants, bars and nightlife. A ten minute walk will take you to the scenic harbour area, beaches and the archeological sites situated along the UNESCO world Heritage Site coastline. Aphrodite Gardens is a good touring base for exploring the unspoiled treasures of the Akamas Peninsula, the Troodos Mountains and Pissouri, the birthplace of the Goddess Aphrodite, Coral Bay and The Tombs of the Kings. This is a great apartment for either a quiet or lively holiday, or a mixture of both! Fantastic weather more or less all year round, plenty to see and do or just relax in the warm Cyprus sun the Internet TV system has access to all the UK channels, plus the music, sport and film channels and access to the latest films. There is also a Wii games console plus various games. The apartment has wifi which is available free of charge to our guests. A welcome pack of provisions is included as standard for all bookings. Beach towels and a hair dryer are provided so this will save on your luggage allowance!

Air conditioned and furnished to a high standard, the apartment consists of an open plan living - dining area with satellite TV, CD and DVD players, fully fitted kitchen area, one double bedroom and one twin, both with fitted wardrobes. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided.We have installed a safe in the master bedroom for you to store your valuables.A mid stay clean or a change of linen can be arranged for an additional fee.Smoking permitted on the balcony. The apartment has a private balcony which overlooks the landscaped palm tree gardens, perfect for sunbathing and al fresco dining (outdoor dining furniture and 4 sunbeds / matressess provided) as it receives the sun all day from mid morning! There are pool shower rooms and toilets for residents and we have 4 sunbeds with matresses for use by the pool. The apartment has one parking space. 2 small supermarkets within 2 minutes walk. There is a nearby gym with indoor pool.
Note: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.A refundable security deposit of £100.00 is required to cover costs of any breakages or loss of electronic key fob etc.A non refundable deposit of £100 is payable upon booking and the balance (including the refundable security deposit) is due 4 weeks before the start of your holiday. The Paphos District
Paphos was the old capital of Cyprus and today is a beautiful fishing town with well preserved ancient monuments. At the same time, the town boasts an excellent family nightlife for all ages.
The harbour has a medieval fort and the House of Dionysus, with its beautiful mosaics are amongst the many places to visit.
The climate is very good most of the year round with little rain, long hot summers and a warm winter.
Aphrodite Gardens is small private complex in a quiet residential area, close to shops and restaurants. The development was finished in 2005. There is lovely pool with space around it for sunbathing. We also have a secluded balcony with dining facilities. The centre of Paphos with its many bars, restaurants and plenty of nightlife and history is easily accessed by a short walk.
The area has a selection of sandy beaches within easy reach of the property, some offer a variety of water sports. There is also an Aquarium and a Water Park nearby. Coral Bay is only 12 kilometres along the coast or the Town Beach is about 10 minutes walk away, a few minutes by car. There are almost deserted beaches located at Agio Giorgio, White River and at Lara Beach which is well known for its Green Turtle Hatchery. These beaches are on the Akamas Peninsula a little further on from Coral Bay and it is well worth hiring a four wheel drive/jeep for the day. The area is popular with walkers. Golf is available at Aphrodite Hills which is only a 10 minute drive.
Near the apartment are the sites of St Paul’s Pillar (mentioned in the Bible), the Tombs of the Kings and the Temple of Aphrodite, the goddess of love and beauty, who is reputed to have risen from the sea at Pissouri near Paphos. The Roman mosaics at the Archeological Park and The Tombs of the Kings are also truly worth seeing as is the magnificent ancient amphitheatre. The best time perhaps to see the Tombs of the Kings is towards sunset when it is cooler and the light captures The Tombs beautifully.
There are two popular centres for shopping; Kato Paphos and Ano Paphos, where visitors can buy souvenirs, hand made lace and embroidery, as well as silverware, leather, jewelery and pottery. There are a few British shops and plenty of boutiques and designer shops in Ano Paphos. Kato Paphos and the harbour area also offer plenty on the souvenir front, including lace and linens.
Paphos offers the choice for a quiet relaxing holiday or a mixture of sightseeing and excellent nightlife.
We also have a booking service for sightseeing further afield. This ranges from flights or cruises to nearby Egypt and Lebanon, jeep safaris or trips to the unspoilt Northern Cyprus. A brochure is present in the apartment.

"Totally relaxing break"
The apartment is situated 10 miles (14km) from Paphos airport and is very easy to get to by car or even by bus. Directions from the owner are very comprehensive and car hire is best booked in UK before travelling as the cars are delivered with a full tank of fuel which has to be paid for before driving away. There is an option of CDW for 5euros a day which I would recomend as the roads are a bit rough and ready. The apartment is part of a small complex with an on site English couple who look after the apartments and clean the property on exit. The apt is on the1st floor reached via stairs at the rear. The complex has off road parking facilities entry is gained by electronic gates operated by a remote control, they close automatically afterwards. Buses are available from the bus stop 50 yards away on the dual carrigeway they take you anywhere on the island. There are lots of bars and retaurants situated about 200 yards away on the other side of the dual carrigeway accross some spare land. Walk a little further down a side street and you enter the main promenade of paphos next to Starbucks. The place is really crowded with people day and night. Shops are open till midnight and cafes and restaurants are well lit, friendly and reasonably priced. You can buy wi-fi from a late shop up the road, but at present there isn't anything on site, most bars and restaurants have free wi-fi You can walk to most places in the town, but there is free parking by the bus station.. There is a medium sized pool on the complex which isn't heated and was a bit cool when we went in October, but I'm sure will be OK in the summer months. The apartment has everything you need including washing machine, microwave, electric cooker and big fridge freezer. There are lots of books, DVD's and games if the weather turns a bit wet. (it was sunshine 24/7 when we went) A patio overlooks the gardens and there is a table and 4 chairs for al-fresco dining which we did every day. I would certainly recommend this apartment to a family of 4 as there is loads of room to spread out in this open plan apartment. The 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, are spacious and airy and"snore proof". I have booked again for next year, absolutely fantastic holiday !

"Beautiful Apartment in lovely complex."
We stayed in this apartment at the end of July/beginning of August this year, and our first impression on opening the door on arrival was 'beautiful' We were very impressesed. It was very spacious and comfortable with home from home comforts. The kids especially loved the Wii games console provided! The kitchen had a large fridge/freezer with ice maker inside, which we was very grateful for after a long day in the hot sunshine, along with a washing machine and just about everything you could think of. The bedrooms were very spacious and had very comfy beds - I have never been abroad and had such a good nights sleep! The apartment was very modern with modern amenities and of an extremely high standard. The complex is in an excellent location, and not very far to walk to the nearest shops, bars and supermarkets, and is very friendly and clean, and the pool was kept lovely and clean. Chris and Brian were on hand should we need anything aswell. From booking the apartment Michelle was very helpful answering all of our questions and supplying even more photographs for us to look at. She even arranged our taxi transfers which relieved a bit of stress knowing that someone was there to pick us up. I would definatley recommend this apartment to anyone. Thankyou Michelle for letting us stay in your gorgeous apartment and we are already looking at when we can come back and stay again. xx
