The complex is small and select, set in pretty landscaped gardens, with a communal pool, changing rooms and showers. It is within easy walking distance of the Kings Avenue shopping Mall, largest Mall in Paphos,super-markets, bars, good restaurants, harbour, beach and the historic sites of Paphos. Aphrodite Gardens is a good touring base for exploring the many historic wonders of Cyprus.The apartment has a modern Cypriot feel, with a pagoda built over the balcony.It is ideal for either a quiet or lively holiday or a mixture of both! The weather is idyllic boasting 300 days of sunshine a year.
This two bedroomed first floor air-conditioned apartment has been furnished to a very high standard to offer a chic holiday rental home. The apartment sleeps four very comfortably with plenty of room, we can provide an air-bed to accommodate another adult or child. The apartment is accessible by outside stairs. There is a very large open plan L shaped living/dining area this has a modern table and chairs, two brown leather sofas, and a bucket sofa, modern sideboard. and accessories in contrasting colours of orange, brown and reds. There is a flat-screened TV, I-Pod Docking Station,Wii Games Console with Games,DVD/CD player and a selection of DVDs/Cds and books for your entertainment. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. The kitchen overlooks a delightful citrus orchard, there is a silver American Fridge/Freezer (ice and cold water on tap constantly ) microwave cooker dishwasher and full size electric fan oven and hob with extractor fan all in silver to compliment the kitchen. There is cutlery, china, glassware and cookware also a washing machine,drying rack,iron and ironing board. A cool-bag, accessories and flask supplied for picnics or freezer shopping. COMPLIMENTARY WELCOME PACK PROVIDED. USE OF PAY AS YOU GO CYPRIOT MOBILE PHONE VERY COST AFFECTED TO RING INTERNATIONALLY OR LOCAL CALLS.
Leading from the lounge is a large private balcony overlooking the gardens and a view towards the pool. The balcony houses an outside table, chairs for al fresco dining and sun-beds. There are also spare portable sun-beds to take to the pool area if required.
The bedrooms have a complete wall of fitted wardrobes with a dressing table and twin-beds (which can be pushed together) with good quality orthopaedic mattresses. Not only is there air-con in both bedrooms but ceiling fans as well. Both bedrooms have a good view of either the orchard or gardens. There is also a hairdryer and curling tongs available for use. The bathroom has a full sized bath with shower over and is fitted with plenty of storage space.

At the rear of the apartment block is vehicle access via electronic gates and a private parking space adjacent to the outside staircase leading to the apartment.
Entrance and exit both ends of this block of apartments via electronic gates and garden gates.
Close by two small supermarkets open 20 hours a day and taxi/car hire office.
This is an indoor non-smoking apartment, smoking allowed on balcony.
A security deposit of £100 (refundable) to cover loss of gate fob, damage or breakages.
The apartment needs to be vacated by 11am on day of departure although this can be flexible depending on next booking and prior arrangements with owner at no extra cost.
The Paphos District
The Cypriot people are very friendly, helpful and English is their second language. They drive on the left and all the road signs are in Greek/English.
There is an excellent modern public bus service which goes to the Tomb of the Kings,the sandy beaches of Coral Bay, Corallia Beach and into the Old Town with its narrow streets and market.
Paphos is an excellent base visit the fishing village of Latchi, Polis, or Akamas nature reserve. Tour the exciting Troodos Mountains, or see the sun set in the bay of Agios Georgios. There are numerous unspoilt quiet beaches where wild flowers grow. Driving along the smell of pinetrees, and sight of banana plantations,olive, lemon and orange trees all enhances the beauty of Cyprus.
The apartment is in a quiet area but still close to all the main attractions. The harbour and medaeval fort is within walking distance, where a boat trip can be hired or wind away the day at one of the waterside cafes.The new Kato Paphos sea front pedestrian promenade and up to date municipal beach is also within walking distance of the apartment, where water sports are popular. Local attractions also include the Water Park, Two Go Karting tracks,Paint Balling park, adventure Mini Golf park, Birdland, and Donkey Santuary. There are also three golf courses within a 20 minute drive of Paphos Tsada Golf Club, Secret Valley Golf Club and Aphrodite Hills Golf Club all with excellent courses.
Less than ten minutes walk away from the apartment you will find a vast selection of good restaurants catering for all tastes. For the young at heart there is excellent nightlife in Paphos,namely Bar Street, with a selection of nightclubs, restaurants, bars, and pubs within easy walking distance.

"Over the moon"
The facilities are excellent. Every thing you want when you go through the door. Ice cubes at the ready for your first drink. Settled down into the Air conditioned rooms in all parts of the apartment. Facilities in the kitchen were first class, as good as we have at home and in some areas better. Bedrooms very comfy. The air con made a world of difference to some that we have slept in. Furniture in the rooms made our stay even more enjoyable with some eye catching accessories. Full TV and DVD facilities enabled a relaxing evening after the day spent in and around a splendid warm pool. We will be back soon

"A Home away from Home"
We have stayed at this apartment several times over the last 6 years having originally discovered Paphos and used hotels such as Alexander the Great. On each and every occasion we have had nothing but praise for the apartment, the complex and the friendly management crew. As soon as we go through the door the facilities and comfort induce instant relaxation. With excellent cooking, bedding and entertainment facilities its sometimes a hard choice whether to stay in or go out to one of the bars or restaurants a short walk away. A beautiful pool area and well-maintained plants and lawns are a joy to relax in. Thoroughly recommend this, we love it and are going back April 2012 for another 2 weeks.....oh, and again September 2012, Wonderful!
You are becoming regulars at our Apartment thank you for your business. If there is any way we could improve our high standards you are the family to tell us but its all good from you.

"Delightful apartment in Paphos"
We thoroughly enjoyed using this well appointed apartment. The furniture was comfortable and of a high standard. The range of facilities in the apartment were excellent. It has a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and gardens while the front entrance overlooks an olive grove. It is located close to the center for convenience yet a sufficient distance to provide a quiet setting. The owners were excellent in all their communications and extremely helpful - which we really appreciated. We would certainly use this apartment again.

Just back from 12 days in sunny Cyprus. June & Marks apartment was a great place to stay everything you need & more was there to use. The area was nice and quite but only a short walk to the restaurants & bars. When we go back to Cyprus there's only one place were going to book number 28 Aphrodite Gardens. Thanks again. "Fantastic with home from home comforts"
We stayed at this wonderful apartment in August 2011 and had a fantastic holiday. We went with my sister in law, hubby and two children who were recommended the apartment next door. The apartment was very spacious with home from home comforts, including a fantastic american fridge freezer which the children loved as it had an ice maker and as the weather was so hot it came in very handy. The kitchen had everything including a dishwasher and washing machine. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable and so was the lounge with very nice leather furniture, flat screen television with many channels, DVD and a Wii. The balcony was great and again spacious overlooking the pool. We had many evenings sitting out there drinking wine and enjoying the lovely hot evenings. The pool was very nice, warm and kept very clean. It was great not to fight for a sunbed as these came with the apartment. Wonderful restaurants and shops down by the harbour and beach. There was also a lovely little supermarket just down the road that sold everything you needed. If you had any problems with the apartment then Chris and Brian were available to help. They are such a lovely and friendly couple. You book the apartment through June and again she is very friendly and will answer all your questions about the complex and apartment. June also arranged for the taxi to pick us up from the airport. Thanks June for all your help. Can not fault the apartment it had everything and the holiday was just great.

"Spacious,Comfortable and Classy, Quality is the theme and as kids would say "wicked""
A quality spacious apartment was one of the reasons the holiday was a huge success. All equipment working including the air conditioning The American fridge a bonus as there was no need to buy huge amounts of bottled water. Swimming pool and surrounding area kept spotlessly clean, the pool being so close to the apartment was a bonus. Nice touches such as a welcome pack and lots of information about the resort plus DVD's and a great selection of books to read was appreciated.
Thank you we aim to please our visitors, also thank you for your recommendation to your son and his wife, they have booked for June 2012.
