This a newly built (2007) Modern 2 Bedroom apartment located on the first floor and situated within a gated complex close to the Fontonne area of Antibes. It is decorated and furnished to a very high standard and includes an open plan American Style Kitchen with high Quality equipment.

The lounge has a large L-Shaped Leather Sofa and a Large TV with English Channnels DVD , Bose Ipod Docking Station and WIfi Internet Access.

The patio doors lead on to a large south facing Balcony with sea views over the rooftops and wonderful views of Fort Carre.

The Master Bedroom has a King Sized Bed with a walk in Dressing Room/Wardrobe. The Second bedroom has a Double bed and Large fitted Wardrobe. All Mattresses are Memory Foam for Extra Comfort.

There is a fully tiled Bathroom with Shower and Vanity Unit. There is also a separate Toilet with Wash Hand Basin.

From Cannes to Nice going through Antibes and Menton all the way to the Italian Border the Cote d'Azur is one not only of beauty but prestige. The coastline is spotted with turn of the century mansions and modern luxury homes.

During the Summer months when the Cote D'Azur is particularly lively one can find sunbathers on the beaches of sand or pebbles and strollers leisurely walking along the Croisette in Cannes or the Promenade des Anglais in Nice.

Antibes has a daily Provencal Market for locally-produced fruit, vegetables, fish, olive oil and other provencal specialities.

Villeneuve-Loubet village - birthplace of the famous chef Escoffier - has speciality traiteurs, butchers and restaurants.

All the major French Riviera attractions are here - beaches, marinas, cafes, restaurants, famous museums and art galleries, casinos, Jazz Festivals, nightlife...

There are also many fascinating ancient 'perched' villages nearby. These are a short drive inland and are famous for their winding streets, artists' galleries, cafes, restaurants and provencal markets - Biot, Villeneuve Loubet, Mougins, Vence, Eze, Tourettes sur Loup to name a few.

Antibes

Antibes-Juan les Pins is one of the most well known resorts on the Cote D'Azur located between Nice (20km)and Cannes (12km). Antibes manages to be a historic town and eventful town and also an innovating town easily mixing these multiple facets.

The beauty remains in the old town (Vieux Ville) with the Ramparts along the sea and the long arched protective wall behind which there are plenty of little charming streets for exploring, filled with restaurants, street cafes galleries, museums and lots of quaint little shops and gift shops. Antibes comes alive in the Summer Months with all the restaurants opening out on to their terrasse allowing dining al fresco where you can enjoy the street entertainers and watch the world go by. Browse around the various stalls on display with all their hand made wares and you can be sure to pick up some wonderful gifts and souvenirs to bring home.

Antibes has the largest private marina in Europe and is home to the most luxurious super yachts of the world.

The apartment is in a perfect location and is close to the 200 Bus Route which runs every 20 mins between Nice and Cannes for €1! The train station is within 10 minutes walk and there is a shuttle bus No. 16 which runs every 20 minutes from nearby la Fontonne to Antibes Centre. You can take a leisurely stroll into Antibes either along the Sea Front or the main road and this takes about 20 mins.

La Fontonne is a buzzing little neighbourhood with its own Bakeries Fruit and Veg Shops Pharmacy Bars and Restaurant. There is also an underground passageway taking you to the pebble beach and its breathtaking views of the Mediterranean.

A car is not essential but if you decide to drive then you can head inland and see some of the wonderful quaint old villages like St. Paul de Vence, Biot, Grasse, Vallbonne, Haute Cagnes. Marineland the famous Water Park and Fun Fair is also close by.
