About the home

Teach Eimear is situated on the Ranafast peninsula close to the villages of Annagry and Crolly. Teach Eimear is in the populart Gaeltacht (Irish Speaking) region of North West Donegal. Easily Accessible by car from all over Ireland, it is also a short 5 minute drive from the Carrickfinn Regional Airport providing a short 50 minute commute to Dublin and Cork. Flights are also available to Glasgow, Leeds and Birmingham.

No broadband, but broadband reception good (on 3 network). Good mobile coverage for 02, tescomobile vodafone, 3.

A short drive to Glenveagh National park - home to the largest red deer population in Eurpoe. Leo's Tavern, the home to Clannad and Enya is round the corner. Teach Eimear is located close to restaurants and bars.

The beaches are on the Atlantic coast - the cleanest in Europe. There are miles of beaches with golden sand and secluded private coves.

Teach Eimear (Emer's House - spoken chak emer) is available weekly Saturday to Saturday check in 4pm check out 10 am. We are now happy to be able to provide more flexibility.

Weekend rates are available during off peak periods from £255 for Friday & Saturday nights (and £300 for 3 nights). Email or text / ring on 00353 (0) 86 403 0528.

Booking is secured by a deposit of £100, with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.

PRICING STRUCTURE

* Based on occupancy of 10 people

£550 per week summer and other peak periods = £7.85 pppn

OFF PEAK

£425 per week = £61 per night = £6.10 pppn*

£255 for a 2 night weekend or weekday break = £ 12.75 pppn*

£300 for a 3 night weekend or weekday break = £10.00 pppn*

4 night stay = £350 = £8.75 pppn*

5 night stay = £400 = £8.00 pppn*

6 night stay = £425 = £7.10 pppn*

7 night stay = £425 = £7.10 ppn*

A breakages deposit of £200 is paid on arrival and is fully refundable on satisfactory inspection on departure.

We have worked hard to keep prices low and have continued to keep them at 2007 rates for 2012/13.

This will remain in place until the end of the 2013 summer season. Due to ever increasing costs, however, there will be a modest price rise from September 2013.

The 2013/14 price increase will not be put in place until September 2013. One week peak season will rise by 8% to £595. Off peak will be £475 with off-peak breaks of 2 nights £280 & 3 nights £335.
