“Eco friendly and Eco conscience..” I was looking for a very Hawaiian flavor of a house. My husband found this for us and it was just what I was hoping for. It was not only consumer friendly but environmentally friendly. The upper area is all windows that fans from below pull in the cool air. Our grandson loved watching the geckos around the lanai and in the nearby trees. The house was well equipped and user friendly to all family members in our party. The view was amazing. Thanks to the owners and caretakers for the cleanliness and amenities. It is a beautiful and roomy house.

“A slice of paradise!” All I can say about the house was it was amazing. The location is perfect and all the amenities in the house were superbe. Waking up to the sound of the waves crashing in and the birds singing with a nice cool breeze wafting through was all that I could ask for. The only small thing that I might update was the router in the main house. It periodically would drop the wireless signal. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Kona.

“A Little Slice of Heaven on Earth” This place is fabulous! Spotlessly clean and very comfortable with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves on the rocks, the breeze in the palms with the trade winds breezing through your bedroom. The little beach right in front of the cottage is perfect for some swimming and snorkeling and the turtles are right there to watch. Professional, friendly and helpful for making reservations and Tina is a joy to deal with on the property. Just a few minutes drive into Kailua Kona if you want shopping, restaurants, etc. A perfect place to make little day trips to the volcano, Kohala, etc. But far enough away and private to avoid all the "touristy" noise and crowds and just relax. All bedrooms are upstairs so probably not good for anyone with disabilities or with trouble climbing stairs. Robert and I spent a portion of our honeymoon here. We plan to visit again and bring our kids and grandbaby. You cannot go wrong with this place!

“Excellent value for the money!” We have stayed 3 times in #216 which is a privately owned condo. I was very impressed with our accommodation for a 'budget minded' traveller. This unit has a newly renovated kitchenette and bathroom. I found it to be very clean and well cared for. All the extras - boogie boards, hair dryer, cooler, beach chairs etc were fantastic. This unit overlooks the pool area, all the lit up tikis and the location can't be beat. These owners truly care about their guests stay. We are planning a return visit soon!
