The terraces overlook the 10m (33ft) infinity pool allowing you to enjoy the views while swimming. For youngsters there us a table tennis table and for keen barbecuers there is a weber charcoal barbecue.
The contemporary oak kitchen includes every modern appliance ( split level oven and microwave,dishwasher,hob,built in fridge/ freezer,wine fridge) and is designed to enjoy the views as well as being open to the living area. Adjoining the kitchen there is a useful laundry/storage room with washing machine.
The sitting room has 3 sofas seating 9 people comfortably and for entertainment there is a wide flat screen TV offering French and English satellite programmes. We offer a selection of DVD's as well as CD's for the hifi system. There is a mini library with fully stocked book shelves for holidaymakers to read and takeaway.
The upper floors have 4 equal sized bedroom suites all with walk through dressing rooms and en suite shower/bathrooms. There is no argument who has the better bedroom.
The villa offers heat exchangers which provide heating in the winter and air conditioning in the Summer. For a homely feel there is a wood burning stove to the sitting area.
There is parking for 2-3 cars. A short walk and you are in the center of Pre Du Lac an active village offering a wide range of shops,restaurants/cafés,banks,pharmacy,3 supermarkets,boulangeries,etc there is a popular Monday Provençal market and every Friday there is the well known market in Valbonne just 10 minutes away.
The area is spoilt for choice in golf courses,markets,restaurants,shopping,and tennis. For those enjoying walking and cycling there are numerous choices from the GR51 100m away which goes from Spain to Rumania,to walking in the lower Alps 20 mins away behind us. Those enjoying skiing the nearest ski station is 40 mins away. There are numerous designated cycle paths along the coast and one of the best is in San Remo just across the border in Italy ( just over an hour away) which follows the old railway line along the coast. …see more
