“When can I go again???” I was fortunate enough to stay in this duplex and location for 6 weeks. I knew I wanted to stay on this complex, and had the choice of quite a few apartments, but after chatting to Shelley on email, I was then certain who I wanted to book with. I had always stayed in hotels before, but due to the length of time the cost would have been far too much, which is why I looked at rentals, but then I was dubious about where my hard earned money would go. The professionalism I was shown from the start, was what convinced me this would be the place for me, and I can say I made a great choice. Not only that, but I was given a fabulous price due to the length of my stay. A lady called Pam greets you when you are there, she was 1st class, lovely to chat to, and I only had one issue whilst I was there, which was resolved in an hour!! The duplex itself has a sea view between two hotels, this was a definite extra, it really is lovely to wake up to, and makes you know you are on holiday. The other benefit is, it's on the front of the complex, so it was very quiet, I only had Neighbours for 4 days of my stay. The upstairs terrace has 2 sun loungers, and you get sun from when you wake up until around 3pm, and then you can always go to the pool, you can check how busy it is, just by looking out the bathroom window! Generally, there were few people there. The complex is very well looked after, there are maintenance people doing some sort of cleaning etc all day everyday, and they are friendly, as were everyone I spoke to, as you have a mix of residents and holiday makers. The apartment itself was exactly what I needed, very well equipped, and the only thing I needed to buy for me, was a cheese grater!! It was clean and functional, and for me really felt like home. If you are looking at similar properties, you will find extras in those like air con and tv etc, however think of this, it's breezy there and you get ceiling fans, I don't like evening heat, and I never felt like I needed a/c at any point. Also, why go away to watch TV? I actually enjoyed the break from it, and it gave me an excuse to go out if I really wanted to go watch things! If its Caleta you need a review for, just go, it's such a lovely, quiet, clean place, if you want clubs and night life, go to the north of the Island, if you want a break from the rat race of the UK, this is perfect. I can't wait to go back, and I 100% recommend this property, it's not a 5 star hotel, but I loved every minute I was there, and would have no hesitation in booking with Shelley again. “Great place for us” We loved it here, great little bungalow perfect for two and everything we could need with plenty of good quality clean bedding and towels, a nice view of the pool and everyone was friendly round and about and we spent fair bit of time round the pool which was really good too. Location great for town and beach and we had some great walks and super weather. Good communication before and we were met straight away with the keys by Louise who was very nice. All in all for a late deal which wasn't too expensive we loved it so no complaints at all

“Heavenly retreat.” I just spent a week at this heavenly villa with two good friends. We had a fabulously relaxing holiday, lounging in the beautiful, private, hibiscus bordered garden, . We swam in the perfect, heated pool and enjoyed long walks along the stunning coastline. This modern villa has all the equipment a holiday cook could desire and the supermarket nearby has delicious, high quality produce. Our hosts list of favourite restaurants and cafes proved to be wonderful culinary experiences in beautiful costal settings. This island has great coffee! Even though we don’t play it was so obviously a golfers dream break. What a beautiful island . We would return to this villa in a heartbeat.

“Excellent accommodation” The house has everything you need and is in a great location for bars and restaurants. The gated complex is very private and you have your own sun beds to take out to the pool and all is well kept.

“Beautiful child friendly villa in great location” Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday. The kids loved the pool and the safety fence worked really well to keep our toddler out. Our littlest (1 year) loved being able to wander all round the enclosed garden. Relaxing on the roof terrace looking at the stars in the evening really rounded off the day. The villa was well equipped with a good quality cot and high chair also. We used the BBQ most evenings. Caleta de Fuste was a good base for a week on the island being central so we enjoyed travelling out to different places each day. La Guirra beach was ideal for little ones to swim in the sea as it is sheltered. A truly relaxing and enjoyable holiday even travelling with three young kids (not an easy thing to achieve!) and I feel mainly due to this stunning accommodation.

“Great little apartment” Well equipped apartment in an excellent location. Clean and comfortable. A little small for for people (2 children) but absolutely great value for money as an extension to our holiday. Lovely, relaxed, friendly complex with nice pool and sunbeds. Would definitely consider booking again.

“the villa is very comfortable and homely” Good morning, thank you for you concern but we love your Villa and although the rain was overdue it has not spoiled our holiday. We have been made very welcome by Helen and Chris and they could not have done more for us. They are very attentive to our needs in every way which makes the holiday more enjoyable. The Villa is perfect for a holiday let and we would not expect any more than you have already done to it. The Villa is very comfortable and homely and if the flights are available we will return. “Fabulous holiday in great villa!” We had a fantastic week in this gorgeous villa over the Easter break. Everything from the initial booking with Steve and Linda to handing back the keys to the lovely Trish and Jim was easy and stress free. The vila itself is very clean and extremly well presented and furnished. Loads of space for the whole family - which makes a change after being couped up in a hotel room on previous holidays! The main balcony is a real sun trap and great for relaxing on or enjoying breakfast or lunch The villa that the complex in on is very secure and private and boasts its own swimming pool. Also, a gym and spa which we used on several occasions. The villa is in an ideal location - 10 minutes drive from the airport. It is also well placed for the town of Caleta de Fuste. We walked into Caleta every evening for a meal and drinks (lots of choice of restaurants) it took about 10 minutes to walk down hill. We chose to catch a taxi back each evening as they are so cheap - only 2-3 euros. All in all, a wonderful villa in a great location - we hope to return soon!
