“Unbelievable apartment in a great location” This apartment is furnished to the highest standards, it is exceptionally well equipped, everything has been thought of, and, it is very spacious. The location is perfect, very peaceful with some lovely bars and restaurants within 2 minutes of the apartment as well as a supermarket which has everything you may need. Walk a bit further (10 minutes) and you're on the beach and surrounded by more amazing restaurants and bars. Night life was just right for us, as lively or as quiet as you want it. We found the prices in the bars and restaurants that we tried to be very competitive. The terrace, like the apartment, is very spacious and has the sun on it all day. You can sit there and watch the sun rise and set. The location is also ideal for exploring the rest of the island, which we would recommend as there are some beautiful sites. Although we didn't need to use the air conditioning during our visit we can see that this must be a massive bonus for a peaceful nights sleep in the months when the nights are hotter

“Fab Time At Villa Grace” Having been to this fabulous Villa in December 2015, we returned and wasn’t disappointed as it is still maintained to a high standard. The Garden has now established and looks lovely. Added extras to the last time we visited was air conditioning in all the bedrooms, which was brilliant when getting ready to go out for the evening and a new tv smart box which meant I could catch up and even watch a couple of premier League matches plus the big boxing fight. The holiday was so relaxing and very peaceful when you are lying out soaking up the sun. This Villa is real home from home. Hire car was good to have so we could visit the north of the island but you can get about quite easily within Playa Blanca without it by using taxi (€5esch way), bus or walking. There are some great restaurants only 5muns walking distance from the Villa and all I would recommend to visit. The very good friends we went with helped to make this a brilliant holiday and we really didn’t want to come home because of this we have already booked to go back next year and are counting do the days until we return.

“Villa Latino” Ideal location, spacious villa kitted out for couples and families, lots of sunshine in the garden, fantastic hot tub, pool ideal for safety for children as not too deep, need armbands,floats if not competent swimmers.Third year and this was the best so far. “Caroline’s accommodations” We have stayed in all 3 of Caroline’s places on 3+4 and they are all excellent . These are both quite old complexes but the refurbishments she has carried out are exceptional. The pools are great although not having young children we prefer the pool at 4. The lady who looks after them is lovely and we will certainly return again and again. Thank you Caroline

“A must stay at this villa” We arrived at this villa, whoa what a place. The villa was clean and nicely furnished. One or two steps out of the gate and you are in the pool. The grandchildren, 2,5 & 7 swam 3 times a day. Just a small walk around the corner brings you to the sea, It is situated half way between Los Christianos and Las Americas. Shops 5 mins away where there are fabulous eateries. Jane's villa is superb. Everything you could want or need is in place. Thank you Jane for letting us enjoy your home it was perfect. we would love go again if we are able.

“Perfect on all point of view” Villa Paraiso in Maspalomas Just to say how much we appreciate Mr. Bell’s villa in Maspalomas. Renting it for 6 weeks every year , we have never been disappointed, even as a quite demanding swiss family. In a villa like this, you just feel at home. The staff is looking for your confort during your stay, the efficient Beverley who is so helpful and is always on hand if necessary, the gardener who takes so good care of the beautiful flowers ,and who is regularly cleaning the nice pool and checking the temperature of the water, everything to make your holidays enjoyable in sunny Maspalomas. The shaded patio is a great place for breakfast and dinner and the pool lightened at night makes the place so romantic and quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything required for cooking easily . The bedrooms have sufficient wardrobes ,the beds are large and confortable and both bathrooms are fully equipped and are very well lightened for ladies ! The living room has very comfortable armchairs to watch the satellite TV which catches all the channels you could dream of. All the rooms are decorated with taste and the library shows that the owner of the house is a person of high level of culture and humanity. When you will have stayed for the first time in Villa Paraiso, you will surely book again, but for a longer stay ! Thank you, Mr. Bell, for being such a good and honest host!
