From the owner

Up for rent is a beautiful 65 sqm apartment in Menton with a wonderful sea view. Appartment located on the 4th floor within 200m of the sea, which is 2 minutes walking. There are 2 bedrooms and a living room with a panoramic windows and a tiny balcony. If you travel by car you can park your car in the private parking for building tenants (based on first come first served basis) or around the building which is free. The first bedroom has a double bed and a crib/baby bed with a sea view. The second bedroom has 2 single beds with a mountain view. The living rooms has a 2 sofa beds where you can sleep on. There's a LCD TV with hundreds of channels (including English, Spanish, Arabic, Russian and etc) and Hi-speed Wifi internet. There's a "carrefour city" supermarket within 300 meters along with other markets and cafe's. 500 meters to the Tennis club. Distances:4km to Italy, 7km to Monte-Carlo, 10 km to Ventimiglia, 27km to Nice.

    How do damage deposits work?

    If Elizaveta and George (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
