Les Constancies is a luxury holiday home ( a restored 14th century building) for up to 24 persons which is made up of 4 individual residences. Each accommodation is stand alone, but the 4 residences together form the ideal basis for having a holiday with a large number of people.

The units are stylishly refurbished and outfitted with all amenities.

The property is situated in the Dordogne region in France. The Dordogne is one of France's picturesque rivers which is very well known for its scenic beauty, and its numerous castles dotted on the banks of the river. Holiday makers enjoy the combination of sightseeing, outdoor activities (canoeing, golf, biking) and enjoying French country lifestyle.

This is the region of typical French gourmand produce, like Foie –Gras, Duck (Canard) , truffles, cepes and a wide choice of local wines (Bergerac, Cahors, St Emilion),

This region, called the Perigord-noir, has a huge selection of restaurants, and wine tasting establishments.

A day trip can include a variety of activities, including visits to historic sites, caves, prehistoric excavations, museums or theme parks, but should always be combined with a well timed break to enjoy the hospitality at the local restaurants or cafe's.

Les Constancies is geographically located on the top of a hill which separates the two main rivers of the region, the Dordogne and the Vesere. They merge nearby at the beautiful village of Limeuil.

Thus, we are only 7-10 km away from each of five picturesque villages located on either of these two rivers which are well worth visiting, Le Bugue, Siorac, Le Buisson, St Cyprien and of course Limeuil.

The main house is centrally located on the property in front of the heated, infinity swimming pool and its recreational area.

The house is surrounded by a large terras which invites people to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle which is possible during most of year, "al fresco" dining, lounging and recreation.

Most of the outdoor area is covered and thus weather protected (rain & sun) The large terrace doors of the house allow easy acces all around and gives the feeling of a spacious walk through environment.

In the evening one can enjoy the lounge with an open fire-place and very soothing floor heating.

Bedrooms are located on the 1 st floor and are outfitted to the highest standards with modern en-suite bathrooms.

On the 2nd and 3rd floor there are 3 more bedrooms, which are suitable for children or couples. On this floor there is a shared bathroom and a seperate toilet.

the house sleeps a total of 10-12 persons.

Our two cabanes are self contained cottages which offer privacy and are ideal for a family with young children.

A large luxurous bathroom is located on the ground floor. Both cabanes are outfitted in modern style and have a nice kitchen with all appliances such as oven, microwave, dishwasher ect.

Each cabane sleeps 2-4 persons.

On the 1st floor of the Tabac we have another self contained Appartement that sleeps 6-8 persons, fully outfitted and equipped with spacious living area.

The Tabac also encompasses the residence of our on-site caretaker on ground level. His appartment is located towards the road-side of the resort and does not overlook any of the rented property. He is there to maintain the place and assist guests when called upon. Full privacy is guaranteed.

If Bas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
