The house has over 600 square metres of living space with high ceilings, shutters and all that you would expect from a property of the calibre but with mod cons such as internet, SONOS sound system, Satellite TV etc.
The major attractions here are the stunning countryside views and the huge (15m. by 8m. maximum depth 3.4m.) pool with diving board, hi tech solar cover and fully compliant double alarm system.

The local river 'The Boutonne' has excellent fishing and is less than a 15 minute walk from the property.
There are many cycle routes in the area and we can arrange bike hire for you.
