Large 2500 sq foot holiday home on the outskirts of the popular town of Portrush.

* On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms one of which has an ensuite. Separate room with toilet and wash hand basin, large living room, kitchen and utility room.

*The property has an enclosed back garden.

*On the first floor there is a double bedroom and a large bedroom with 3 single beds. Also a large family bathroom.

Location - 5 minutes walk to the Euro spar and 10 minutes into the town centre.

It is close to the beaches, nightlife, restaurants and golf courses

Prices - vary at different times of the year. We also do special weekend breaks. Prices also depend on how many are coming to the house.

Bed linen and towels can be supplied on request costing £50 on arrival

This owner requires an additional cash breakage deposit on arrival, £250 which is refundable within 3 days after the holiday, provided there is no damage and house rules are followed.

Perfect holiday home, quiet street near to the town centre . Close to the m2 within a couple of hours of most tourist hotspots, loads of lovely beaches nearby . A pleasure to stay here.

Excellent House

Very clean and well equipped home. I'm fussy and this was my second visit to this house. Walking distance to Portrush town and Lidle is nearby for groceries. Will be back next year.

lovely spacious , clean accommodation and all the necessities were available to us. The children enjoyed the sky and wi-fi and the private back garden.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
