This privately owned 2 bedroomed bungalow is situated on the popular but quiet Las Adelfas 1 complex.The bungalow is situated in a quiet area of the complex.Beautiful grounds adorne Las Adelfas and from the very large sunny patio ,views of Mt Teide,the sea and golf course will greet you.Sunlougers and patio furniture will help make your stay most comfortable.The bungalow has 2 bedrooms,one with a double bed and the other twin beds,both have large fitted wardrobes and several chest of drawers and bedside cabinets so storage not a problem.The main bathroom(en suite) has a wash basin,walk in shower and bath with shower over,the second bathroom has a shower cubicle.Both of which were completley refurbished July 2015.The fully equipped kitchen (brand new May 2018)includes cooker,microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine .It also has a breakfast bar with seating for 5 people.The large lounge/dining area has 2 settees and armchair.A CD unit is also available.A flat screen TV shows the popular English channels including all sky channels , sports channels ,movie channels and Netflix also has a DVD player and Playstation 1 with a variety of games and films for your use.A large dining area easily sits 5 guests with a sideboard that houses plenty of books and games.Ceiling fans are in the bedrooms along with a safe.A put you up bed is available if required.

All linen and towels are included and the bungalow will be cleaned prior to and after your stay.Local help is on hand if any problems occur during your stay to help make your holiday as enjoyable as possible.As it is situated near the airport some aircraft noise occurs during the day.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Fiona (the owner) a message.

If Fiona (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
