“Absolute bliss in a perfect setting . . .” This was my girlfriend and I second time to visit this apartment. It is in a beautiful development in the picturesque Portuguese town of Pria de Luz. The apartment has all mod cons and is spacious and fitted to a high standard. The accompanying pools, restaurant and sun lounging areas are all very clean and comfortable. The location is very close to the lovely beach and seafront promenade - we love this place and will be visiting again soon hopefully

“Mochique's best kept secret ...” We had such a wonderfully comfortable stay at Villa Vida Nova last week - part of me feels crazy actually giving a review … as i'd like to keep our find a secret only to be shared with a select few. When we arrived, it was in fact unusually chilly and wet (for the time of year). We contacted the villa manager to ask if we could turn on the heating - there are air con/heater units everywhere but we needed a boost! Within 15 minutes, we received an email from Nigel the owner with detailed instructions of how to switch everything on … we were toasty in no time! :-) … excellent service, thanks again Nigel. The villa is extremely well appointed and has everything you could want for on a self-catering holiday - even the orange trees were 'full' and the kids enjoyed making fresh juice every morning. The local supermarket is 5 mins drive away and is well stocked. Ercilia, the maid, arrived mid way through our stay with fresh towels and linen - she was lovely! We used our vouchers at the 'famous' Spa and enjoyed an afternoon of indulgence and discounted massages - i'd recommend a visit. The views from the villa are sensational, the pool was a good size although too cold for us to use at that time of year - it didn't stop the kids having a 'very quick dip' - just so they could say they had! All in all - a super week … the only downside - it's booked up already for when we are back in the summer!

“Fabulous Villa - perfect for a large group” We brought 9 family and friends to the villa for a week. High up on the hill side it is so spacious, so well equipped and so lovely especially the pool. Very near to Lagos and lots of nice beaches. We had an amazing holiday and would recommend it to all. I would also commend the owner, friendly, personable, efficient and very easy to deal with - made all the difference. We hope to return one day !

“Perfection a little piece of heaven” This was a fabulous s holiday the villa was absolutely wonderful outdid our expectations and the parque de Floresta met everyones requirements.Nothing was too much trouble for anyone from the poolman to Vicky.We would all like to visit again in the near future and the children absolutely adored it.

“Incredible value” Lagos in November was blue skies, sunshine and 20 degrees! Only 2 days of rain and wonderfully quiet and peaceful with only a handful of places closed for the winter. The apartment was excellent and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Make use of the maps provided in the apartment and you can easily find your way around and discover some really great restaurants - in particular, don't miss the marina for sitting with a coffee and watching the boats. The goody bag and wine waiting on the table was a nice touch.

“modern apt in excellent location” My wife and i stayed in this wonderful apt july 2011.The apt was clean and comfortable with all the modern comforts of home. .The beach was only 5 min walk , and lagos centre with its bars and restaurants 15 min walk away.Location of apt was the perfect choice for us.The complex has nice pool area with plenty of sun beds.We have recommended this apt to our family and friends.
