“Home from Home” Our stay at Pafilia Gardens was excellent. As soon as we arrived we noticed the cleanliness of the site and the built up boulder gardens. It even has a Fountain on the island at the top of the site where the birds come to drink. The apartment was perfect with two balconys overlooking the beutiful pool down below with its footbridge and shower facilities. The apartment was very clean and had all what you would need for a self catering holiday including Air conditioning in the Lounge and Bedroom. The kitchen was perfect for me as I like to cook, well lit with modern equipment. The lounge had comfortable seating for 4 and we had some Sky channels on the tv and were able to keep up with the news at home (if you wanted to). The roof terrace which was private with loungers was also a place to chill with a cool drink in the warm sun.All in all a very nice well kept apartment in an excellent position for town and seafront. I Would reccomend this apartment to any thinking of going to Paphos on holiday.
Thank you both for a very enjoyable holiday.

“Excellent villa - would highly recommend” Six of us stayed in this excellent 3 bed villa in July 2011. We also rented the villa in the summer of 2008. The villa is clean and spacious and very well equipped for a fantastic holiday. It is air conditioned throughout and has the added bonus of a large roof terrace. The owners are friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The villa is on a complex of approximately 40 villas and the pool area and complex is quiet and immaculately maintained. There is parking space immediately outside the entrance to the villa. Paphos is a lovely town with numerous lovely restaurants within a 10 - 15 minute walk from the villa. The harbour area can be walked to in around 25 minutes. We highly recommend renting this villa - you will not be disappointed.
“Wonderful- -a real gem!!!!!” An exceptional apartment-with 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms and 3 balconies ( one of the largest on the complex).
A high standard of build resulting in a lovely, comfortable, classy place to spend our time in Paphos. The apartment overlooks the pool-so close that we could call our Daughter and friend into lunch from the balcony.
Everything is taken care of from the great welcome pack to the apartments own sunbeds around the pool ( so no need for early morning towel laying).
Close enough to the Mini-market (10 mins walking round trip) and nice evening stroll to the harbour for some wonderful meals.
The location is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main town and harbour area -which gives a feeling of pure relaxation, yet everything is on still on your doorstep.
I am sure we will be returning to Paphos and would have no hesitation in booking this apartment again.
Thanks to Keith and Linda for making the whole booking process completely painless.
Lovely Apartment close to Kato Town and Toomb of the Kings, very homely and has all you could possibly need, I stayed here for 3 months Feb, Mar and Apr. The complex is on quiet grounds, that are well looked after and pretty, with 4 swimming pools, kebab/sandwich cafe and convienance stores only a few minutes, 20 minute walk to Kato Town, bars, restaraunts, harbour, bus station, 20 minutes walk in another direction will take you to shopping mall, beach, more bars, restaurants, it's a fantastic location and I did not need a car, the owner Tracey is lovely and I would recommend. …
Lovely apartment, lovely comfortable beds, everything we needed for a great holiday.Big plus the bus stops at the end of the road. …
Nice apartment within a nice quiet gated community
This is a pleasant and comfortable little apartment with two small balconies and a large roof terrace overlooking a large communal pool. It is a little bit away from the Pathos tourist areas, about 25 minute walk into the old town or 45 minute walk to the harbour and main tourist area. A taxi ride to either seems to be a fixed price of €8. As with other comments the sun-beds around the pool are in a very poor state and pretty much unusable, its about time the owners put some pressure on the property service people to replace them, very minor issue though. With regard to organising the rental Paul, the owner, was prompt in replying to us in all cases and made sure we had keys and a set of comprehensive instructions in plenty of time. He also was able to recommend a good car hire company and offered to organise a taxi to and from the airpot. I would not hesitate in using this apartment again if we return to Pathos in the future. …
The apartment is spotlessly clean and has absolutely everything to hand. There was tea and coffee and lots of cupboard staples that was a surprising bonus.Wifi excellent. Pool was lovely, bed was super comfortable but sofa bed suitable for children more than adults. Location was good but we also had a car with lovely shaded parking free. The big problem we had were the tenants to the left which I see mentioned before and their extremely noisy boom box which was just too much. To be fair they turned it off at ten o'clock at night , but it was impossible to listen to the racket during the day and we packed up and left when it started. We did not get woken at night ,slept really well and didn't hear any outside noise. Air conditioning was really good.We really liked the apartment the pool the location , the owner was great to deal with. This apartment is a brilliant base , it's comfortable, has everything you need to cook, pool was cleaned while we were there, pool surrounds were cleaned regularly. A great spot if someone could explain the rules (clearly displayed) to the next door neighbours.! …
B202 Hesperides Gardens with Wi-Fi
Well equipped apt. lovely pool but a little out of the way without a car
All five of us enjoyed staying in this very well equipped and homely apartment.
Literally has everything you would want just like home down to board games which we all really enjoyed. Topped up what we used and left some gin and a few bits in the kitchen.
Bit of a hiccup on arrival with keys but once we got in were pleased with the apartment, has lovely cool balcony and everything we were hoping for re. the pool. Really not sure about the yellow colour lounge though!
Not enough sun beds out around the pool meant there were some daft early towel placers staking their claims which was a bit disappointing, not the owners fault but dont expect a well managed property to be spoilt for the lack of a few sunbeds.
Is placed a good 20 mins from the nearest bit of the harbour and we found it too far to walk both ways. Would definitely recommend a car here.
Enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the apartment, found the site a little bigger than we usually like and the whole universal estate is really overdeveloped. To be fair these apartments were one of the more reasonable scaled developments.
Marked down on the key pickup because we were given the wrong set of keys and couldn't get in! Sue & John bought us some drinks as an apology so not likely to be an issue for anyone else but did spoil our arrival and create some panic. …
great stay in Iris Cottages
We love the Iris Cottages complex in the Universal area of Paphos. It is mostly residential properties rather than hotels in this area, which suits us fine. The complex has a great pool area with a garden layout, lovely neighbours and a great location. Shops and bars are within walking distance. The beaches and tourist spots are a short car or bus journey.
We stayed here for 8 weeks, February and March 2016 and will be returning in September.
The house has a large lounge, diner and kitchen. Everything is provided from bottle openers to ironing board to gas heaters for the colder nights.
3 lovely bedrooms, en suite shower, family bathroom and shower room on the ground floor.
The real bonus is the sun roof. Not very warm in February but, nevertheless, we still managed a few days sun bathing. Will be great for a bbq in September.
Great house, great location, great holiday. …
