“Comfortable and convenient” The house is located close to the beach and across from a supermarket. The owner let us use two bicycles so that we could get around easily ( the island is small and pretty flat). The beach and water are absolutely gorgeous and hardly anybody around when the cruise ships are not in the port. We cooked most of our meals in the house. We enjoyed our stay.

“Back in time” My wife, daughter, and myself stayed at the Eagles rest townhouse in august. The town house has marble floors, and counters, modern kitchen and bathroom. Very nice place to stay. Middle Caicos was like going back in time, the beach is as it would have been when it was first discovered. Best of all was the local island people, we made life long friends. Everyone was so nice, especially "Ice" (his nick name) who stopped what he was doing to help us, and was alway there to show us around. Everyone on the island goes by a nick name, and they all are very kind. Other name's to give good mention to are Chris, Jr., Kimbo, Uncle, Pound. Thanks for the good time.

“Paradise!” This home was everything we had hoped for and more! The house itself is amazing and the pictures really do not do it justice. It's the perfect home for a large family or several couples because everyone has their privacy, but the common areas of the house are very suited to mingling and enjoying each others company (high ceilings and large common rooms). We made several friends staying in the surrounding homes and they are all beautiful, but we were extremely happy we picked this location. The pool was perfect, we used the bbq a few times, the kayaks were amazing... there is honestly not one thing I would change (especially now that Cindy, the owner, informed me she has purchased two stand up paddle boards for the house!)! There is also a fire pit that we used one night to make smores under the stars. The island itself is amazingly gorgeous. The water is beautiful and so serene. We were in the ocean everyday (obviously) and there was not a single day I went without swimming or paddle boarding with sea turtles right off our beach. The island is so small you never feel like you are far from anything so we went into the more lively Grace Bay a few times for dinner, but every time we were so pleased we had our private slice of heaven as opposed to dealing with the resort row full of tourists. I could go on and on, but my last point will be that the staff and owners are extremely wonderful and helpful. If we had any sort of question, we would call Dinesh, the property manager, and she would go out of her way to help us however she could. Dinesh and Cindy especially demonstrated their kindness when our flight was canceled because of a "historic winter storm" in the states and we were "forced" to stay on the island for an extra two days. Instead of stressing about checking into a hotel, we were lucky enough that the next family was not scheduled to arrive for a few days and Cindy and Dinesh were happy to help us out in our time of need. We will definitely be back!
