Penthouse suite- no hearing neighbors...everything is fresh and new and detailed with guests needs in mind (large flat screens in LR, Master and bedroom, with sound booster panels - your kids will be in heaven).So many thoughtful additions to make your stay feel like home:beautiful granite countertops: welcoming patio lounge chairs,colorful beach towels,hooks and baskets by the front door so you don't get sand everywhere, thoughtful drying hooks on the extra deep patio beside the bartop table and chairs. Living and bedroom areas are all spacious and brand new. Beach access is easy - no worry if you forget something in condo - run back up and get it. Our kids enjoyed the pool and tennis courts. We enjoyed eating dinners out with so many restaurants to choose from, many within walking distance. You will love it, love it... and keep coming back like we do!

“Awesome” The condo was very nice. Love the 2 balconies. The dock and bay views were wonderful. Get a perfect view of the sunset. Perfect location, the beach was just few blocks across the street. The nightly fishing on the dock was nice and peaceful. The swimming pool was clean and cool. Definitely would stay here again.

“One of our best family vacations ever!” We are a family of 6 with 4 daughters. We stayed in Sea Vista for Spring Break and was so much more than we expected. The Condo is larger than the pictures, The beech is more private - even during spring break we had the beech to ourselves. It was the safest place I have ever taken my kids, with security that was top notch. Ed and Cathy were easy to deal with, very professional, and I received my deposit back faster than expected. We rented bicycles for the week and were able to travel the south end of the Island. It seemed like everything we needed was already there including many spices, pantry items, and restroom items. This was our first condo rental experience, and I would like to stay here again, except longer.

“Can't wait til next year!” My family started in #206 last week. We were very pleased with the condo. We felt like we were in the pictures that were posted on the website! We were able to bring our 2 dachshunds, which helped us save money on kennels. Our kids loved playing ping pong and pool in the game room. My husband and I were not ready to leave when our stay was over. We both said, "we are coming back here next year!"

“A Great Place to Stay on South Padre” We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable accommodation that is right on the beach. The beach views off the balcony were spectacular, as were the sunsets viewed from the common area just steps outside the front door. We enjoyed several nights of cooking in the kitchen. The open area living room/dining/kitchen made for a great space to spend the mornings and evenings. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable as well. You step right onto the beach from the condo, and we thought the northern end of the beach where the condo was situated was perfect.
