“Work stress just falls away the minute you enter this invitingly” The view is spectacular - you can see all the way down the easy access beach. Watch and hear the crashing, soothing waves. The angle of the sun is perfect, no glare. Penthouse suite- no hearing neighbors...everything is fresh and new and detailed with guests needs in mind (large flat screens in LR, Master and bedroom, with sound booster panels - your kids will be in heaven).So many thoughtful additions to make your stay feel like home:beautiful granite countertops: welcoming patio lounge chairs,colorful beach towels,hooks and baskets by the front door so you don't get sand everywhere, thoughtful drying hooks on the extra deep patio beside the bartop table and chairs. Living and bedroom areas are all spacious and brand new. Beach access is easy - no worry if you forget something in condo - run back up and get it. Our kids enjoyed the pool and tennis courts. We enjoyed eating dinners out with so many restaurants to choose from, many within walking distance. You will love it, love it... and keep coming back like we do!

“Location” Great Location on beachfront. Conda was clean, though no broom or duster to sweep sand. This a end unit, and outside balcony has wonderful view of sunrise over the Gulf in the morning, and cool in evening.

“Quiet, Comfortable, Convenient” We enjoyed our stay completely. The unit was great and the owners were very friendly and generous. The resort is beautiful, and we especially enjoyed the convenience of access to the beach and use of the beach towels. The location is minutes from all the activity in town but delightfully away from the crowd.

“Beach vacation” The condo we rented from Orlando was absolutely perfect!.. everything you could need for a vacation, location is awesome, close to bars and restaurants. The view from the balcony is directly on the beach..beautiful sunrises. The building complex however is in need of some repairs, no falt of the owners if you can look past it.the condo itself is beautiful, pool area is great as well. great communication from owners as well, thanks for the stay!
