Penthouse suite- no hearing neighbors...everything is fresh and new and detailed with guests needs in mind (large flat screens in LR, Master and bedroom, with sound booster panels - your kids will be in heaven).So many thoughtful additions to make your stay feel like home:beautiful granite countertops: welcoming patio lounge chairs,colorful beach towels,hooks and baskets by the front door so you don't get sand everywhere, thoughtful drying hooks on the extra deep patio beside the bartop table and chairs. Living and bedroom areas are all spacious and brand new. Beach access is easy - no worry if you forget something in condo - run back up and get it. Our kids enjoyed the pool and tennis courts. We enjoyed eating dinners out with so many restaurants to choose from, many within walking distance. You will love it, love it... and keep coming back like we do!
