Properties on Holiday Lettings can be sorted/ranked in the following ways:
Orders properties using various data points, in particular: ratings, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, minimum number of nights, and data relating to the interest in/bookings of the property through us, including the advertiser’s rate of providing quotes to travellers who make enquiries. Other factors include price, property capacity, number of photographs, location, amenities, appearance in search results, page views, and the advertiser’s responsiveness and cancellation rate.
Price low to high / high to low
Orders properties based on either (i) the property’s minimum nightly price, if the traveller has searched without dates, or (ii) the average nightly price for the applicable week of the year, if the traveller has input dates.
Orders properties by total number of reviews attached to the listing (highest to lowest), irrespective of average score. Where there is a listing with the same number of reviews as another (or a listing with no reviews), properties are sorted according to their proximity to the searched location.
“"Back Home Again" at "Three Cornerstones of Modern Living"” Our first stay at this wonderful apartment was in June 2015, and we enjoyed it so much, that we returned for a three-week stay on our most recent visit to the Netherlands. The apartment itself is spacious, beautifully appointed, comfortable, with a gorgeous view in a modern high rise building. It is very close, an easy 5-10 minute walk, to the Rotterdam Blaak train station and the amazing Markthal. Please consider this as not only a fantastic place to stay in Rotterdam, but as a home base in the Netherlands. With it's close proximity to the train station, there are so many wonderful cities to visit within a 15 to 40 minute train ride. We now consider this to be our home base when visiting the Netherlands. We plan to return again on our next visit to the Netherlands sometime next year. It has become our "home away from home".
