Man y thanks for these words. Reg furniture we fortunately normally have no damages of furniture or whatsoever -possibly a broken glass now and then. But in our practical info docs, that we send to all our customers after confirmation of the booking, we ask to report if anything happens that way, so that we can reprovide lacking things, or even charge for the repair of real damages.

Beautiful Downtown Apartment
This is a great aparment to stay - recommended
We stayed here for 4 nights, the description in the information is accurate. The apartment was spacious, clean, warm and very well equipped. Location very central. Bedrooms were either side of the apartment, so it gave privacy. The owner regularly checked that all was well, which was appreciated. We would like to return. …
Well equipped cottage--great location.
Despite the fact the weather wasnt great we enjoyed our stay at this cottage. The owner was very efficient at answering my queries when booking and everything ran smoothly. The beds were already made up when we arrived--the only cottage we stayed in where this was the case. Great wifi connection and a cosy log burner. …
Exclusive Reykjavik location
It had all we needed to have a relaxing end to our holiday
Lovely apartment, spacios, comfortable, cosy, spotlessly clean and well equipped with homely touches. Easy walk to the centre of the city and its many attractions. A very obliging owner, thank you very much Magnus, we hope to come to Iceland again and would not hesitate to love to rent your apartment again. …
Reykjavik getaway at waterfront with wifi and geothermal hottub.
Amazing picturesque location and a really lovely place!!
Myself, my sister & Father stayed here from 1st April 2016 until the 5th April.
Before we arrived Inga had sent me instructions on getting access to the cabin and also was really helpful with local knowledge and advice!
Inga has created a book which has all the info you need to know about the cabin and how to work everything.
We had no problems with anything at all!
The cabin is decorated really nicely and there is a huge dining table with a gorgeous chandelier!!
The location is amazing! Surrounded by mountains and the lake. It is the perfect spot to see the Northern Lights! (which we were lucky enough to see on our 2nd night into our stay!)
There is no light pollution at all.
The cabin is supplied with a full drawer of spices and herbs for cooking with and all cooking utensils, plates, glasses etc are provided.
Inga was also kind enough to supply us with some fishing rods and also some of the local delicacy to taste! (Shark!!)
There is a cafe close by to the cabin (about 5 minutes drive max).
3 double bedrooms each with very comfy bedding.
There is also a play house in the garden for children.
The electric radiators are very good and we didn't need to use the log burner once!!
The cabin is about 40 mins away from Reykjavik and it is a fairly easy drive... Pretty much straight all the way there.
You definitely need a hire car to get to the cabin.
Thanks Inga for a lovely stay.
The photos don't do it justice!
We will definitely be back!!
Big apartment in Reykjavik Iceland
Perfect apartment in a perfect location
The location of this apartment is more perfect than we could have imagined. It is so central and within a 5 minute stroll of the airport bus terminal, a supermarket, the sea and most of the city centre. It is also right opposite a hotel, so arranging coach trip pickups is simple.
The accommodation is bright and roomy for 4 adults and the heating was way more powerful than you would ever need (as seems to be they way in a country where geothermal heating is cheap and available).
The apartment has everything you need, including dishwasher and washing machine, and everything worked smoothly. …
Brekka - A Quality Cottage with a View
Amazing stay, fabulous cottage in beautiful setting. Hard to beat.
we had an absolutely amazing stay. The views are fabulous, the house is beautiful so warm inside with everything you could possible need for a self catering holiday in Iceland. Lots of information of places to go. We had a 4x4 which was needed this time of year and we visited lots of the places the trips do at only the cost of the petrol as the attractions are free. Would highly recommend for anybody wanting to go to Iceland and easily done on a budget if you have a car. The owners were very helpful before our arrival with lots of information before we arrived. And to top it all we saw the Northern lights twice, the first time on our approach to the cottage we pulled up on the road side, and another night over the cottage amazing.
Would like to thank the owners for our wonderful stay and we would love to return in the future.
Just a small tip if you follow the directions given even though the signs are only small if you look for the cottages on the left after the stated kilometres in the light or dark with the lights on they are easily spotted. You will realise after sight seeing around Iceland the signs are small so not to interfere with the natural outstanding beauty. …
