Enjoy the luxury of this spacious 2 bedroom timber cottage style, self contained guest unit situated on the shores of popular Lake Tinaroo, 7 klm from Gillies Highway. Every room has a breathtaking view of the lake, providing you with a peaceful outlook from the moment you wake up and take a breath of the fresh clean morning air surrounded only by the serenity of nature and its resonant sounds of native birds doing their morning rituals.

Property is absolute lake frontage

Its so relaxing , you will want to set aside a full day or two just to relax and enjoy your surroundings. Take a canoe out on the lake, fish, catch a redclaw, sunbake, read and relax - chill out and just enjoy being you. A beautiful sunset over the lake will signify the end of a magnificent day.

Its easy to explore this wonderful region by car. Enjoy the natural highlights of the area with its multitude of waterfalls, rainforest and bush walking tracks. Crater lakes, historic sites and quaint townships of Yungaburra, Malanda, Milla Milla, Atherton and Herberton are all an easy drive in the vicinity of the farm house for relaxed pace day trips.

Nearest township with fuel/supermarket/restaurant/pub etc is approx 15 mins drive.

Cairns international/domestic airport is approx 1.5 hr drive.

Owner generally resides at property in a private unit located at southern end of the main building. Offering peace of mind if you need any assistance and far enough out of the way if you don't.

Guest unit is fully private . Seperate entrance at North end of house via external stairway.

Balcony and both bedrooms open onto front Balcony. There is a hallway along the back of the bedrooms with access to kitchen/lounge area and share laundry.

Arrangements regarding key to Guest Unit and driving directions will need to be made prior to arrival.
