Description

We have loved meeting Holiday Lettings guests from all over the World so to meet even more of You we've just acquired and redecorated another apartment located right next door to our two other Mariensztat listings.
Perfect for a City Break, Romantic Weekend or even a longer stay in Town.
So what will you get ?
- Really cute studio with a full kitchen and bathroom - cooker, washing machine, fridge, shower, iron, hairdryer etc ( if it's not there ask we'll get one for you )
- Really comfy double bed and a sofa bed - perfect for TWO people but 3 or 4 will fit two.
- Nicely painted , clean and recently decorated, we've put a lot of heart and soul into Swan Two.
- A fantastic location barely 5 minutes away from Warsaw Old Town. Mariensztat Road /Square is close to the centre but located just two the side between Old Town and the River. Everywhere is close but it's nice and quiet and your neighbours will be all local folks and real Warsovians. On the Square you'll find a small grocery store, a pharmacy, a barbershop, a Chinese restaurant and our friends at Barylka Pub, where you will get a 20% discount off your food and drink tab.
- Public transport , buses and trams are all close by.
- Wifi
- Two Great Hosts ( sorry ) We love making our Guests comfortable and like to see everyone leave with a smile - read the reviews for our other listings and we will try to do the same here. We'll be on hand to help and advise you about where to go/what to do or alternatively we can leave you completely alone !
- Lastly, you'll get a great price, three or four of you will get a hostel price but your own comfy apartment with kitchen.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
