A splendid villa in the quaint little village of Wada, Shubmann's setting within a large farmhouse by the river makes it special. When you stay here, you enjoy mesmerizing views and a breath of fresh air. In terms of amenities, the pool, the barbecue and bonfire add the perfect touches to your getaway.

This is a wheelchair-friendly property. Pets are not allowed.

Let me walk you through the villa:

BEDROOMS: 

- There are 3 bedrooms - all on the ground floor.

- AC, double beds and attached bathrooms are offered in all of the rooms.

- 2 rooms offer an attached balcony.

- Extra mattresses can be provided on request.

BATHROOMS:

- There are 5 bathrooms - 3 attached and 2 common. 

- Geysers, towels and basic toiletries are provided in all the bathrooms. 

COMMON AREAS: 

- The living room seats up to 10 people.

- It offers an AC, TV and a music system.

- A carrom board and a few board games are also available.

- There is a lawn with seating for up to 30 people.

- Events can be organised at an additional cost on prior notice.

- Outdoor games like cricket, badminton, football and basketball are available.

- There is a plunge pool.

- The pool is 25x25 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.

- There is a kids’ pool with a depth of 2 ft.

KITCHEN & MEALS: 

- There are 2 kitchens - indoor and outdoor. 

- Both the kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove and a water purifier. 

- Crockery and cutlery are available for up to 12 people. 

- Guests have free access to the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles and reheating food. However, for elaborate meal preparations, a charge of Rs.2500 per day will be levied.

- Cooking non-vegetarian food is not allowed in the indoor kitchen. However, there are no restrictions in the outdoor kitchen. 

- All meals are priced at Rs.1000 for vegetarian and Rs.1200 for non-vegetarian, per person, per day.

-  All meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen.

HOUSE RULES: 

- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum post 10 PM.   

- Smoking is only allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 

- Pets are not allowed.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: 

- This property is suitable for guests who use wheelchairs.

- Guests are requested to inform at least 2 days in advance regarding the meal package, given the location of the villa in a relatively secluded area.

- Children must always be supervised, as the villa is close to the river.

- 1st floor is non-operational and not accessible to the guests as it is the owner's private property.

- A washing machine is available at the property.

- Wi-Fi is not available, however, cellular networks such as Airtel/Vi work fairly well here.

- The road leading up to the villa is not concrete and has potholes owing to the unfavourable weather conditions.

POLICIES

- The number of guests cannot exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.

- Any breakage or damage of any items in the home will be charged at actuals.

- Any illegal activity, including the use of narcotics, prostitution, commercial activity, is strictly not permitted.

- The rental cost is exclusive of the refundable security deposit. We collect this additional amount before your stay - usually via a bank transfer - and refund the entire amount back to you after your stay, provided the number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.

- A damage cover fee of Rs. 500 per night is collected at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable.

- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.

GUEST ACCESS: 

Guests have access to the entire villa except for the bedrooms on the first floor.  In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION

We can provide staff accommodation at an additional charge of Rs.1000 per day, per person, excluding meals and taxes.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
