Lovely apartment with a huge terrace and its own palm tree. The neighbourhood was built in the style of a Spanish village with squares, fountains, beautiful palm trees, a stream that flows through the district and of course a beautiful and large swimming pool. The house is located on the ground floor. It is a corner apartment and is facing a square with a fountain. The apartment has a spacious covered terrace that opens onto the living room with fireplace. Behind the living room there is a kitchen and a utility room. There are 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. The apartment is comfortably furnished and is equipped for 4 people.Less than 700 meters away there are a number of shops, restaurants, bars, and furthermore the bus stop with connection to the beach.The residential district is surrounded by four 18-hole golf courses and the distance to the beach is 4 km.

Villamartin

Villamartin

Villamartin is a popular holiday destination for everyone. The bungalow is perfectly located and within easy reach of shops,bars and restaurants and several golf courses - Campoamoar, Villamartin, Las Ramblas and La Finca.

The nearest beach is La Zenia which is only 5 min drive away and it offers cafes,bars, restaurants as well as sun bed hire, toilets and play areas during peak season. Smaller and quieter beaches can be found at Campoamoar, Torre de Horadada and Mil Palmeras. You can also visit the popular resorts of Mar Menor, La Manga, Torrevieja and Alcazares.

There are plenty of local Spanish Markets in the area including San Pedro, San Miguel and Playa Flamenca. There is also a Go- Karting track at Playa Flamenca which is only a 10 minute drive away and the famous Lo Pagan salt lakes/mud baths which are 20 minutes drive.

On the doorstep there are La Fuente and Los Dolses Commercial Centres and Villamartin Plaza which all have restaurants and bar areas and are all within walking distance from the bungalow. There is also horse riding, Jet ski-ing and many other activities which are only a short drive away by car. There is also a sports centre recently opened nearby which is great for family days or evenings out and it has an indoor swimming pool.

Within a 2 minute drive there is one of Europe's largest out door shopping mall, La Zenia Boulevard.

There will be 150 shops located inside the commercial centre and 5000 parking spaces. Shops already include Europe's biggest Primark, Alcampo, H&M, Decathalon, Leroy Merlin, C&A, Zara and Druni to name but a few. A whole top floor of food courts including popular bars Lizarran and Cerveceria as well as a casino, a gym, a bowling alley and a childrens play zone .

As well as the supermarket, Alcampo has a 24 hour petrol station which will guarantee to offer the best prices for diesel and petrol in the area. They will also provide an online shopping service and a car care centre within La Zenia Boulevard.

The centre is made up of Plazas, Calles and Puertas with a botanical garden as its centrepiece in the Plaza Mayor. The garden features plants and flowers typical to the Valencia and Murcia regions and will be an ideal place to while away an hour or two after a morning of busy shopping.

There is even a London Square, which will be a popular spot for socialising in the centre and is an acknowledgement to the thousands of British residents that live in and around Orihuela Costa.

During peak season there is a full programme of free nightly entertainment - a great experience with plenty of seating sofas and loungers to chill out on.
