Pembroke 103 is a stunning two bedroom Waterfront apartment that sets itself apart with style and a feeling of modern urban sophistication. Rich textures compliment the comfortable and unique furnishings of the apartment, there is a strong and distinct African flavour running through the apartment. With a lovely kitchen set in an open plan living area this apartment provides a great space to enjoy the atmosphere of the Marina.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with 2 single beds. The main bedroom is en-suite, while there is a second bathroom with a shower. Key features include air-conditioning, underfloor heating, washer and drier, dishwasher, DSTV and DVD, regular housekeeping and more. The apartment has an open plan design, with a modern kitchen, dining and living area that flows out on to the balcony that overlooks the harbour. The balcony, with its lovely furniture, gives you the perfect vantage point for views of the gateway to the canals, the Waterfront, aquarium and working harbour.
