Description

HUTT-008314: Cozy and comfortable holiday villa in Costa Dorada, near Barcelona with air-conditioned bedrooms, a large furnished garden and a new modern pool with integrated jacuzzi.

Location:

This holiday home is in a quiet residential area between Vendrell and Calafell. The cities offer a varied range of leisure activities, sports and restaurants. Catalonia is famous for its beautiful and tranquil beaches and offers everything for a successful family holiday.

The house:

The house has everything needed for a nice holiday.

It is just over 180 sqm and has two bright floors. On the upper floor there are four bedrooms, two singles and two doubles, one with a private bathroom, a large terrace with stunning views and another bathroom.

On the ground floor there is a furnished living room with fireplace, TV, dining table for 8 people and exit to the porch. A fully equipped kitchen, which includes a stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. On this floor there is also a toilet with shower and a laundry room.

All bedrooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning. All rooms have ceiling fans and conventional heating elements for heating in wintertime. There is WiFi throughout the house.

There are eight beds in total.

Outdoor Area:

The house has a large porch, a summer kitchen with barbecue (charcoal and gas) and an enclosed furnished garden that is both spacious and secluded. Here the family can enjoy unforgettable evenings with sunset and relaxation.

Special conditions:

The beautiful and harmonious garden is carefully taken care of and there is a modern, newly built swimming pool 7 x 5.5 m with an integrated jacuzzi.For families with children there is the possibility of installing a portable fence around the pool during your stay. In this way the security in the home is increased. You have to ask for the fence in advance.

Environment:

From the property there are good connections to the C-32 and AP-7, so you can easily reach Barcelona, Tarragona, Sitges and the famous Port Aventura theme park. In close proximity there are golf courses and a water park, (Leon Aqua Safari) to the delight of the younger family members. The property is located in Baix Penedes, a well-known wine district. Here are wines produced, of which the most famous is Cava. Several vineyards receive visitors.

Please note that the handover of the keys will take place at the above-mentioned address of your holiday accommodation. There is a gardener who looks after the garden of the house. He normally comes regularly on Wednesdays and Saturdays in the early morning hours. According to the Catalan law it is compulsory for travelers who live in tourist facilities to register there. Please contact us in advance through email in order to coordinate your checkin. There are Alarm cameras inside the house and outside. The cameras inside the house are only used in case of a fire alarm being activated.

“Casa para disfrutar de los exteriores”

Aunque no está frente al mar, está bastante cerca tanto de El Vendrell (para dar una vuelta por la ciudad, tapear, comprar) como de la playa de San Salvador. La casa tiene todas las comodidades. Lo mejor desde luego los exteriores, la barbacoa perfecta, cenador, jardín, etc, hace que tu estancia en primavera-verano o época de disfrutar del exterior sea perfecta. La cocina también es muy cómoda, el único pero que pondría es que hay dos habitaciones con literas y para un número abultado de personas quizá sería más cómodo camas separadas. Tanto Orlando como su familia nos han tratado de forma inmejorable. VOLVEREMOS!!!!

“Quiet and peacefull place”

A very nice house in a good district, the garden is full of flower and nice trees. We can eat and have a pre-dinner drinks outside thanks to the confortable garden furniture. You can go easily to the train station (5min by car) to go to visit Barcelona in less than 1hour. The house can receive 8 people and a baby, so I recommand it for large families.

A very nice house with a fantastic garden located in a quiet neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen both indoor and ourdoor. Fans in all bedrooms made the sleeping conditions during night good. A supermarket where you could find most of what you needed was located within 5 minutes walk from house. The beaches in the area were really good and perfect for the kids. The owner of the house were really helpful if you had some questions We would definitely choose to rent the house again and go back to the same area.

The house is beautifull, very big ,and with all the accomodations that you need.Very good location for family and friends. Supermarket and village very close to the house, you can find everything you need there.
