Palm Point Loft is the perfect spot for you to come and experience the peace and beauty of Providenciales. Located canal side, this spacious 2 bedroom second floor apartment is centrally located, 8 mins to Grace Bay Beach, restaurants and grocery stores. The unit is airy and bright offering a private sanctuary for guests to relax on their own balcony - the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the gentle breeze off the water while watching the sunset.

Palm Point 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds. Both Bedrooms also have full ensuite bathrooms with shower and bathtub. There is complimentary high speed internet / wifi and cable TV (USA & Canadian Channels) available for guests. Air conditioning available in all main rooms. Towels and other linens are provided, including beach towels. BBQ for guest use located on upper balcony. The kitchen is equipped with full size fridge, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and dishes so that guests can buy and prepare their own food if they desire. Guests have access to snorkel equipment, beach towels, umbrella and loungers, Paddle Boards x 2, gazebo and access to a boat dock on the local canal system.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Mark (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
