Torrevieja Area

PAU-1 of Villamartin......is one of the latest developments in Orihuela-Costa and consists mostly of contemporary modern design new build holiday-homes with all new standards regarding building aesthetics and overall coherency. It almost looks like an upscale neighborhood but people are very down to earth and so are the prices. It comes with nice sea views too. And:It offers everything one needs to turn a good holiday into a great holiday.Footsteps away you'll find a cluster of shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks with cash machines, restaurants, bars and coffee houses. All virtually around the corner and all with plenty of parking space directly in front of it. Not to talk about the three (!) golf courses in absolute proximity. Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf Course and Real Club de Golf Campoamor, all just minutes away. If you don't like to drive around too much for everyday tasks but like to spent more quality (holiday) time than Villamartin might be for you. All relevant popular places like Torrevieja and the beaches of La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Playa Flamenca, Punta Prima, Campoamor and La Mata are thanks to the excellent infrastructure easy and fast accessible. It's simply the ▶CONTEMPORARY WAY of SELF-CATERING.
