THE HOUSE HAS THE TOURIST CATEGORY 4 STARS

The Solanilla is a rural complex consisting of two houses, with clean 360 degree views of the Sierra de Guadarrama. Located on a farm of 6000m2 just outside the town of Torre Val de San Pedro, 8 kilometers from the village of Pedraza, 20 of San Ildefonso, La Granja, Segovia and 25 of Capital. It is a perfect space to find tranquility.

The main house is perfect for family or friends meetings with a capacity for 12 people. 6000mts2 in the garden, there is a gazebo for meetings abroad, a children's area, a porch and a barbecue forging.

It has a spacious living room with fireplace, dining room for 12 diners and kitchen, 4 double rooms with bath, 1 double room with bathroom and 1 room with two beds and a seating area. PHOTOS numbers 1 to 34

 

The casita is an annex to the main house duplex with separate garden of 400 m2, perfect for couples with incredible views of the Guadarrama mountains. On the ground floor it has a living room, kitchen and bathroom, on the top floor has a master bedroom with dressing room and a large window to the Sierra.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Paz (the owner) a message.

    If Paz (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
