    Nice place and nice area. loved the grill and we even saw some deer near the home. Owner was very nice and helped us get settled in!

    Dear Guest Thank you for your honest review. Hovewer, your view on the community is improper. The lake was open two days out of your stay, there was a party and fireworks. The community is 75% full of full time residents according to official poll. Amenities are beautiful and nobody, including you have experienced any crime. The reason of your departure was not understandable. I hope you will find a place you feel secure very soon.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
