Beautiful luxurious apartment fully renovated in the heart of Tirana with an amazing city view in a very strategic area, full of life, just behind the Scanderbeg square that you can reach in only two minutes’ walking. This apartment is located on the 12th and top floor of a building which have a commercial center in the first 3 floors. The apartment is served by two lifts. In the ground floor of the same palace there is a 24 h opening hours’ supermarket, a pharmacy, hair saloon, physiotherapy center and other facilities, a lot of bars, pubs and restaurants open till late and plenty of life and there is a taxi station in front.

The apartment furnished with new and very nice furniture is decorated with ancient Albanian qilim. You'll also have the chance to look closely at the Albanian traditional costumes that complement the decor making the living room a small showroom. The apartment has a beautiful private terrace of 50 m2, overlooking the Dajti mountain, with a very nice veranda, suitable for use for the whole year. The apartment, double exposed, well lit and ventilated with a total internal area of 110 m2 has a big bedroom, an open big comfortable living room and a wide very furnished kitchen. It is suitable for couples, business travelers or families, hosting up to 6 people. The kitchen is furnished with a new and modern refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, kettle and all the facilities and everything necessary for cooking and serving food. The living room has a flat 49” TV and access to satellite channels and different lighting system for every necessity. The wide bathroom is completely renovated with a wide shower space with all the necessities, bidet, hairdryer, etc. There is also a washing machine. The bedroom is a big room with matrimonial bed and wardrobe, a single bed that could be used as a sofa and an additional hided single bed, big mirror and different light system. Possibility for extra beds under request. Baby cot and baby chair available. The living room and the bedroom has both access to the terrace. The apartment has its own heating and cooling system, hot water, WIFI, iron and every other facility. There is possibility of private parking inside the building on the underground parking area. The apartment is provided with a security door. The floor has only two apartments, the other one of the hosting family.

The breakfast is included and could be served eventually fresh each morning from Monday to Saturday from 7.30-10.00 AM. In the kitchen, you will find tea, coffee, fruit, cereals, croissants, bread, butter, olive oil and vinegar provided, so you can help yourself to a drink or snack at any time. For full meals, there are lots of great cafes, pubs and restaurants on the doorstep. If you prefer, principal meals could be served fresh in the apartment, under request and if previously agreed with small supplementary extra payment, having the possibility of tasting local food.

Towels and sheets are changed twice a week. You can ask to change them more frequently for a small extra charge. Daily cleaning service is provided. Kitchen and bathroom are sanitized, and carpets and sofas are steam cleaned, after every guest left the apartment.

Laundry and ironing service available with extra payment.

If you are looking for fitness center, there is one very close to the apartment.

Very close to the building there are a lot of bus stations reaching different parts of the city. We recommend you using the taxi since they are very cheap. If you prefer, we can recommend you the best and fair taxi service and the respective contacts.

The apartment is placed in the centre of Tirana having the possibility to reach a lot of touristic destination in the areas around in short time. If you want to go sightseeing, we would recommend some of top attractions:

-in only 2 min walking you can reach, Scanderbeg square and Tirana Boulevard, The National History Museum, Tirana Clock Tower, BUNK’ART 2, Et`hem Bey Mosque, National Art Gallery, Tabak bridge, Imperial cinema, Toptani commercial center and castle ruins, Murat Toptani walking street, Tomb of Kaplan Pasha, Parliament building, Bektashi World Center, the attractive new Tirana bazaar, Tirana International hotel and Plaza hotel,

-In 5 min you can reach the Block Area plenty of pubs, full of life and Rinia park, Lana river and Enver Hoxha pyramid,

-In 10 min you can reach the artificial lake and green park of Tirana,

-in 15 min you can reach BUNK’ART and Dajti express cable car that will bring you on 1000m Dajti mountain in few minutes,

-in 25 min you can reach the Petrela village and castle and Preza castle, in 40 min the Pellumbas cave,

-in 30-40 min you can reach Durres beach and Kruja Castle
