This one is special! Its owned by 5 Star Hoteliers and is newly furnished to high spec and complete with 400 count custom 100% percale cotton bedding.

This newly (totally) renovated property has been finished to an international high standard of a luxury hotel with great attention to detail just as you would expect at the owners 5 Star Boutique Hotel Atlanticview Cape Town in South Africa. Guests of Skiview also receive a credit of $250 towards a stay in the South African hotel.

Please note that NO SMALL CHILDREN OR PETS ARE PERMITTED and that the entire property is non smoking.

The development Skiview is located in is right opposite the main entrance to Camelback Mountain and park. There is a gym, out door swimming pool and tennis court.

A warm welcome with chilled pink bubbly and fresh flowers await Ski View guests! WiFi and Nespresso capsules are included free of charge. The property has Imported Custom Made Furniture, Custom 100% Percale Bed Linens, Tempur-pedic Beds, Tempur-pedic Neck pillows, A Gourmet Granite Counter Kitchen with a Thermadore Professional Range, Nespresso Machine and Pannini Maker is well equipped with everything you need to prepare a fabulous meal! There is a Steam Shower for two with Rain Dance Shower, side jets and aromatherapy with ambiente lighting in an array of relaxing colours. The main bath has 2 Rain Dance Shower heads and a Phillipe Starrk Waterfall bath tap. There is further separate shower with two Rain Dance shower heads. Three bedrooms in total. The Master Bedroom is en-suite with a King Tempur-pedic bed. The second bedroom has a King Tempur-pedic Bed. The third has a Serta King orthopedic mattress which is exactly the same as we use in our 5 Star Hotel in Cape Town South Africa. All very comfortable to sleep on. All bedrooms have TV and there is a 55" TV in the living dining area as well as a 65" screen in the entertainment level.

In the gallery there is comfortable stylish desk to catch up on your work or emails overlooking the main living area. USB chargers are also built in to the walls around the property for your convenience.

There is a huge new deck on the entertainment level with a further Nespresso machine in the bar which is also equipped with a popcorn maker, ice machine, and dishwasher. In the entertainment area there is an 8 ft pool table, electronic dart board, 65" Flat screen TV with DVD player and a Technogym Stepper to keep fit.

This property is centrally heated and centrally air conditioned. No baseboard heat which most units in this area or development have. The old baseboard heating which dries out your skin and hair have proven to be inefficient in extremely cold temps so we replaced it with a proper system. To compliment, there is also under floor heating under the tiles of all three bathrooms and the bar area. There are heated towel rails in all three bathrooms for your comfort. The upper deck has a Webber charcoal BBQ grill. The living room has a fireplace. 3 Hour logs are provided free of charge. Paper products, cling wrap, foil, dish detergent, Nespresso capsules, sugar, sweetner, salt and pepper are provided in your gourmet kitchen. There are hand rolled soaps, paper products and a hair dryer provided in your bathrooms as well as laundry detergent an iron and ironing board. The washer and dryer are the new tall style LG with steam facility.

Camelback and Camelbeach are literally opposite the property development. Its a 5-10 min walk. Wolf Lodge is a 10 min drive with Shawnee and Skytop Golf clubs about 15-20 min drives from the property. Snowmobile rentals and white water rafting options are nearby.

Crossings wholesale factory outlets are 5 min down the road and many good restaurants are nearby. Grocery stores are also local.

There is a new TESLA charging station at Crossings which is very convenient.

You will not find local rentals in this area to such a high standard as you will find at Skiview. That is the difference. If you like things nice you have found the right place! We are confident you will enjoy the luxuries we have installed. Its perfect for romantics who want to escape the city and relax!
