Beautiful north facing apartment, north-facing, with lots of sun and lights, district view, in the very heart of Sydney, .. minutes to Hype Park, Oxford street, China Town, buses, Town Hall or Central train station.

All modern necessities are catered to and the building features an outdoor heated pool, spa and spacious gym, outdoor BBQ area, which are open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm 7 days a week.

Open kitchen with spacious living room with small balcony (not big enough to put a table). Self contained with cooking facilities and Laundry.

Bedroom does not have a window as indicated on floor plan, you can however leave the sliding door open. Dedicated work/laptop space inside the apartment.

After hour (including weekends or public holidays) key delivery fee of $25 may apply. If you loose keys, you will be charged for the replacement cost plus $25 key delivery fee within 4 hours during biz hours or $50 after hours. Parking isn't available in the building.

How do damage deposits work?
