"Mo & Anita's" is a five bedroom, 4.5 bathroom oceanfront home located within Surf City. Here, enjoy shopping, entertainment, and dining on the quiet shores of Topsail Island.

With large glass windows across the oceanfront wall, taking full advantage of the beach atmosphere and ocean views are the rule at "Mo & Anita's." From the granite counter tops and stainless appliances in the kitchen to the master bedroom in the loft area, you'll have all the comforts you need in this large coastal home.

Downstairs, on the ground entry level, two bedrooms with a common area living room can be found. Bedroom one, found on the oceanfront side, has one double and one twin bed. Bedroom two has a twin/double bunk bed. These two sleeping quarters and lower living room share a full bathroom. Down the hallway, you will find the laundry room with a washer and dryer available for guest use.

Travel up the staircase to the first level where you will find the main living area, kitchen, dining area, half bath and two additional bedrooms. The dining area and living room are located strategically on the oceanfront side as to take full advantage of the sunny ocean views while relaxing on the couch or eating a hearty meal. Bedrooms three and four are located to the streetside of the home, each with their own private bath and a queen bed. One bedroom offers a reading nook area that is open to the stairwell to the ground floor.

"Mo and Anita's" provides a large master suite located in the upper loft area overlooking the lower living space and taking full advantage of the ocean views from the wall of windows. A relaxing space offering a king bed, this master also contains a full private bathroom and walk-in closet, giving you plenty of room for your wardrobe essentials.

Head outside to the expansive oceanfront deck and you will find plenty of room to bask in the sun while enjoying the views and sounds of the ocean. Enjoy the hot tub (fee may apply) in the evenings or take a break from the sun under the oceanfront gazebo deck. The options for enjoying fun-in-the-sun are endless at "Mo & Anita's"!

**Cancellation: Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. If property is re-rented, Guest will receive reimbursement of payments made less nonrefundable reservation fee, cancellation fee (varies by property), and third-party fees (travel insurance, security deposit alternative, insurance, convenience fee, etc.). Insurance fees shall not be reimbursed unless the Agent is reimbursed by the issuing insurance company.

As soon as we are notified your rental is ready for check in, we will give you a courtesy call on the cell phone number that you provided above and we will send your check in instructions via email. All homes must be cleaned and inspected before we are allowed to issue keys or passes. Please note: keys? or door codes? will NOT be given to anyone under the age of 25 or to anyone who is not named on the reservation.
