Set at the foot of the Simonsberg Mountain in Stellenbosch, Fynbos Feniks offers elegant accommodation. The apartment also offers a lounge and dining area. The elegant bathrooms have a shower and a bath. Fully equipped self-catering apartment with 2 en-suite rooms with air-conditioning and TV, Sitting room, Dining room, Kitchen and laundry. Fynbos Feniks is part of the 24h monitored security complex – Welgevonden Estate. Welgevonden Estate sits on the Northern fringe of Stellenbosch, in the heart of the scenic Western Cape Winelands. With the Simonsberg mountain range as its back-drop, this pedestrian-friendly estate offers a secure and pleasant environment to live in. The Estate has two biometric access-controlled gates, electric fencing and full-time security guards with roaming patrols. There are various parks in the Estate, some with playground equipment and picnic tables. Residents are also encouraged to use the dam for relaxing walks and catch-and-release angling. Rowing is also permitted within set guidelines. The Estate has two access-controlled gates, electric fences and full-time security guards on patrol. A new biometric security system has just been installed, which will take our security to a whole new level! There are various parks in the Estate, some with playground equipment and picnic tables. Residents are also encouraged to use the dam for relaxing walks and catch-and-release angling.

Perfect getaway accomodation

Well situated within the Stellenbosch Winelands area and close to the Golf estate and Spa. Amenities were above expectations. Clean, beautiful bathrooms and very comfortable beds.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Renet (the owner) a message.

If Renet (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
