Welcome to Barbados and Heywoods Park, located in the parish of St. Peter.

Winner of TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence 2019, 2018 and

2017.

This one-bedroom apartment is within walking distance of several beautiful beaches, Port St. Charles, Port Ferdinand Marinas and Nikki Beach. The local shopping area Speightstown, which has banks, restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

Inside the accommodation, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, kettle, cooker/stove, fridge plates, cutlery, fridge, washing machine, laptop safe and microwave.

The living area consists of a TV (cable), Air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and a telephone for local calls. There is also a dining table with seating for four people.

The bedroom has a Queen (US)/King Size (UK) bed.

All bedding, towels and beach towels, an iron, hairdryers are provided for use by guests.

The newly renovated bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and basin and is bright and airy.

There is a veranda with tables and chairs provided for you to enjoy the sun and fresh air during the day and evening.

A car is not necessary as the beaches are 5-8 mins walk away, and Speightstown is 10 mins walk. Speightstown bus terminal is a few mins walk from the apartment, and buses are available into Bridgetown, Holetown and Grantley Adams Airport. If you are looking to hire a car, we can provide companies used by the owner and previous guest's. Guest's must ensure they travel with your country's driving licence. Car hire companies will issue a visitors licence which costs $10 and valid for two months.

Activities

As well as enjoying the beautiful beaches, why not try the yoga classes at Port St Charles during the winter season (contact the owner for further details).

Why can't I call Debbie (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Debbie (the owner) a message.

If Debbie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
