The Space

The Apartment is a modern and tastefully finished space that is budget-friendly, stylish, and comfortable all in one! Designed with the savvy traveler in mind, this apartment features a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom boasts with a pleasing grey-scale color palette and supremely comfortable beds with crisp white high thread count, cotton linens, and plush pillows. The apartments furniture is modern, lavish, and comfortable; so there perfect for some much-needed rest & relaxation after a long day of exploring the town or for a Netflix and chill kind of day/night! The Sleek Bachelor Pad consists of a queen size bed, queen size sofa pullout bed, full kitchen, full bathroom, and spacious linen closet (equipped with 40" Smart TV where you can access all of your favorite apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Spotify, Sling, Pandora, etc...), and impressive workstation. The apartment is stocked with kitchen cutlery, utensils, dishes, pots, pans, speedy WIFI, A/C unit within the main bedroom and fans within the living room, top of the line appliances etc... Linens & towels are provided within the linen closet. We also have a large front terrace area with a tent and benches to sit and enjoy the outdoor area! There is also superb on-site services at very reasonable prices. Our on-site office provides guests with general information, cleaning, and laundry services as well. Our space is also pet-friendly. However, if you would like to book with a pet, please send an inquiry first on the type and size of the pet. Each pet should be included in the inquiry as an additional guest.

Try to leave everything as you found it to preserve the space. Keep it clean and please do not leave any dirty dishes. Take all used towels, and sheets off the beds and leave on the floor near the front door in the hamper. Please treat this house as if it was your own house. In case you damage something in the apartment, please let us know in advance so that we have time to fix it for the next guests.

The guests will have access to the entire space with 100% privacy. In addition to the on-site gym.

Interaction with guests

I plan on giving the guests there space and privacy; however, do not hesitate to contact me should you have any general questions, need directions, or recommendations for restaurants or bars in the area. I'm always a text or phone call away ;)

Designed with the savvy traveler in mind, this apartment features a bold purple color palette and supremely comfortable beds with crisp white high thread count cotton linens and plush pillows. Well appointed furnishings highlight the rooms, perfect for lounging and entertaining a guest. As a standard the room contains 1 queen bed. However, for an extra fee of $20 per day the room can be set up with 2 queen beds.

Registered guest have access to the pool from dawn until dusk.

Interaction with guests

Superb on-site service and stylish suites all come at a price – but it doesn’t have to be a big one. We maintain an on-site office to provide you with information, directions, excursion advise/assistance, cleaning and laundry services.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
