From the owner

Beachfront condominiums, right next to the New Margaritaville Resort. You do not need to cross the road to get to the beach as the condos are on the beach side.

The unit is on the ground floor and has a garden view. It is not facing the beach however a 2 minute walk to the beach and NO HASSLE of having to go up and down any stairs! Sleeps 4 people comfortably (two couples) and can sleep up to 7 people as there is a sofa bed on the living room that can sleep up to 2 people and a sofa/couch that can sleep one person. From the front door, the beach is about a 2 minute walk, equipped with beach loungers and umbrellas COMPLIMENTARY for you to use and an outdoor shower. The pool bar is also 25 feet from the front door called "5 O'clock somewhere". Cayman's largest pool with a beautiful waterfall feature, mini lazy river, hot tub, outdoor communal BBQ/picnic area, kiddie pool.

Walking distance to restaurants/bars, grocery store, movie theater, close to George Town and Camana Bay. People from all backgrounds welcome.


1200 square feet, ground floor and garden view. It is not beach front however it is a 2 minute walk to the beach. King Bed in master bedroom, Flat Screen cable TV, with an en suite bathroom and his and her vanity. Queen Bed in second room, small TV with Roku. Second bathroom adjacent from the bedroom. Sofa couch in living room turns into a queen bed (can sleep 2) and there is a comfy leather couch as well (for one) to sleep on.


Upon request - a pack n play with a mattress pad for added comfort for your little one and clean linens, also a high chair can be set up for you to use at no additional charge! :-)


Large private patio with a Garden View equipped with patio table and chairs as well as sun loungers and hammock. Large garden for kids and adults to play. There is no BBQ on the patio however there is a communal BBQ area between the pool & beach which is a 2 minute walk away.

Shower gel, shampoo/conditioner, cotton swabs/pads, feminine products, hair dryer, beach towels, bath towels are all included for use.

In the kitchen, there is a cupboard that's stocked with the basics (cereal, milk, coffee, tea, honey, sugar, spices, salt & pepper, cooking oil, pasta, pasta sauce, canned tuna). Goodies also in the freezer for you to help yourself to.

En suite washer/dryer - laundry detergent & fabric softener included, iron & ironing board.

Central air conditioning, on demand water heater, water softening system, filtered water for drinking which will save you money on purchasing bottled water for the duration of your stay!

MODERN TECHNOLOGY: including a key-less entry system (with your own unique code for the duration of your stay) so you don't have to worry about carrying keys, smart thermostat, cable flat screen cable TV in living room with Roku & cable TV in master bedroom, FREE WiFi included, USB plug sockets in the kitchen as well as the bedrooms, Amazon Echo (aka "Alexa"), local mobile phone (available upon request), books for all ages, games, DVD movies, DVD player, Nintendo Wii (upon request).

This is a comfortable and cozy unit equipped with everything that will feel like your home away from home.

There are security guards on premise 24/7 and CCTV cameras around the property.


There are loungers and umbrellas on the beach for use, upon availability. In the condo, there is a cooler with wheels, Bluetooth stereo with a built in rechargeable battery, beach bag, beach towels, kids beach toys, water noodles all available for use. There are also two tennis rackets and tennis balls.


Large semi-private patio equipped with furniture and large garden area that is fenced. Perfect for kids to play while adults relax on the patio. Steps away from a swim up pool bar "5 O'clock Somewhere", waterfall feature with mini lazy river, kiddie pool and BBQ area. From the pool, it's 50 feet to the beach - equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas, outdoor shower, tennis court (at Grandview condominiums, tennis racket and tennis balls available for use).


You can contact me any time if you need help with suggestions on what to do, where to eat or if you have any other queries. Besides English, I speak French, Cantonese and basic Italian.


Margaritaville Resort is a few steps away with new restaurants that just opened on property, local shops, restaurants, bars, large grocery store (with a Whole Foods concept) are all within walking distance. George Town is close and great to walk around during the day if you want a break from the beach. Camana Bay is also close and a great place to go for an evening stroll.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Livia (the owner) a message.

If Livia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
