Peaceful and tranquil "top of the world" ambience.Self catering two bedroomed top floor apartment with iconic views 500m from the beachfront - 2 min walk to shops & restaurants. 10 min drive to V&A Waterfront & Camps Bay. Great location for stunning beachfront pavilion swimming pool.

The large open plan dining room has a light oak table with 6 chairs & a settee. The spacious living room has two very large sofas and an arm chair. There is a TV, a DVD player & grand piano. These triple aspect rooms have fabulous views day & night.The flooring is sea grass matting, with a thick cream rug over. The balcony has an art deco ding room table with four wicker arm chairs with doors from the sitting room and/or dining room.

“Wonderful”

We stayed at this apartment for six weeks and nothing was too much trouble from the moment we enquired ,being greeted to the cleaning by wonderful Liza. Fantastic balcony to enjoy breakfast lunch drinks or just watching the views and very quiet but minutes away from restaurants shops buses etc all walking distance so car not needed but parking always available and safe outside the apartment on the road. I would highly recommend but would point out that there are a fair number of steps so may not suit someone with walking difficulties but if you want to get fit its definitely perfect !

The apartment is in a great location. We always found safe on street parking and the new myciti bus stop on corner links to down town. The air con worked well in lounge and large bedroom. There is no air con in smaller bedroom. Spacious living area accommodated our group of four adults and one child. The four flights of stairs need to be considered if you have a lot to carry.

This apartment in Capetown is in an excellent location. I stayed there with my 2 grown daughters for 3 nights, and it was teriffic. Patrick, the owner, lives in England, and he was very easy and gracious to deal with by email. He has a manager, Rita, who lives nearby and takes care of everything. She even helped us find a driver to take us down to the Cape of Good Hope. The piano is a special bonus, and the views are well worth the 4 floor walk-up. The kitchen is very well equipped.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spotless and pristine apartment conveniently situated close to the shops and the Sea Point beachfront with superb views and a lovely open balcony from which to enjoy them over sundowners. The apartment is immaculate, spotlessly clean, airy and comfortable with airconditioning in both the large sitting room and in the large main bedroom. The king size bed was particularly comfortable and one can enjoy the view while in bed. There is a nice sized second bedroom with single bed and a nice big bathroom with separate shower and excellent water pressure. The kitchen has all mod cons including a washer/drier and a dishwasher and there is even a baby grand piano in the sitting room. I would heartily recommend this apartment and would certainly rent it again.

This location is within easy walking distance of Lion's Head Mountain, the pristine beaches of Sea point and great shops! There are a myriad of restaurants along Main Street -- everything from Italian pizza, to steak restaurants, coffee shops and ethnic cuisine. The weather is spectacular.
