Casa Jubiloso sets above pristine jungle with an expansive view of the ocean and full sunsets year round. You are a short 15 minute walk to semi private beaches or a 40 minute walk through lush jungle to the busy little town of Sayulita.

The upstairs level has 1 king and 1 twin. There is a full kitchen, huge bathroom, large living area and veranda. Upper is $160 per night.

The downstairs level is completely seperate and rental is only available when renting the whole house. There is a queen and twin as well as bathroom. There is a small kitchen.

$250 is the cost for the entire house.

There is a new 40 foot palapa overlooking the ocean and grounds as well as a pool.

The house is fully solar and cool breezes are constant throughout the property.

The house water runs through a UV filter system for clean showers and washing. We provide plenty of bottled drinking water.

A car rental is suggested to make travel easier and we suggest the beaches of Punta Mita and La Lancha a short drive away for the best surfing and cleanest beaches..

Why can't I call Cari (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Cari (the owner) a message.

If Cari (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
