Located just 3 km from the Cathedral, in a quiet area of easy parking and magnificent views of the old town and the Cathedral. The camino de Santiago passes in front of the House. Located in a quiet area with little traffic and easy parking.With capacity for 6 people, it has 2 bedrooms of marriage (with 1.5 beds), complete bathroom, living room (with two sofa-beds), kitchen with utility room and terrace. Its total area is 70 m2 habitable more 30 m2 of terrace. It is equipped with all the comforts of a modern home: internet by wifi, heating, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, TV, DVB-t, microwave, Toaster, Squeezer, coffee maker, Blender, thermostatic shower, etc, and fully equipped (kitchenware, linen, towels, etc.).

The accommodation is beside the University South Campus, 500 metres from the Hospital Clínic and 20 mins. approximately of beaches and the coast. Also 500 meters is a bus stop, 3 km away is the train station and 12 km. airport of Santiago.

    If JOSE MANUEL (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
